At the Providence Centre Hospital in Toronto on Saturday, January 26, 2002 in his eighty-first year. Beloved husband of Jean (Hiltz). Father of David, Donna Corbin, Susan Donohue (Joe) and Anne Nellis (Richard). Also survived by his grandchildren Andrea, Andrew, Graeme, Michael and Heather. Served with RCN 1939 - 1945 on over seventy ships, most of them merchant vessels. Retired from the Montreal Star after a career of over forty years. Will be sadly missed. Private funeral.
