Beloved husband of Doreen (Leffelhoc-e late George Freeman (1996), Tecumseh, Leonard and Jeanette Marontate, Carol and Marvin Beaudoin, Amherstburg, Donald and Karen Marontate, Douglas and Ann Marontate, Marvin and Linda Marontate, Harrow. Dear step father of Joseph, David and Shelly Leffelhoc. Dear grandfather of 19 grandchildren. Predeceased by his granddaughter Laurie Vermette (2003). Dear great grandfather of 29 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Mary Alice and the late Bernard Barron (2000), Agnes and Lawrence Deslippe, Amherstburg, Bernard and Sheila Marontate, Harrow, Virginia and the late Murray Burns (1996), Mt. Forest, Elsie & Robert Sellick, Calgary, Gerald & Angela Marontate, Harrow. Dear brother-in-law of Wilda Marontate, Amherstburg. Predeceased by Austin Marontate (1993) Louise, Mrs. Hazen Jubenville, (2002), Catherine, Mrs. Lawrence Langlois (1989) Gord Retired as Chief of Police of Harrow and Colchester South Twp. in 1980 after 24 years of service. A Service to Celebrate Gordons Life will be held Saturday April 9, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church Rev. Fr. Jan Pochwala officiating Interment Colchester Memorial Cemetery.
