COFFIN, William Montague "Bill" World War II Veteran, Spitfire Pilot, Westmount Squadron #401 Son of the late Helen and Dr. Joe Coffin of Plaster Rock, N.B. On October 31st, 2005 while surrounded by family, Bill, a devoted and beloved husband of Sheila (nee Mutch) passed away in his 86th year. He was a loving and cherished father to Cynthia, Karen, Sandra and Bill. His grandchildren; Lauren, Garrett, Shane, Alanna, Alex, Kenzie and Taylin will miss him terribly. Predeceased by his infant son Blair Alexander and brother Robert. Special thanks to Dr. Verma who was a kindred spirit in his fight against cancer and is a credit to his profession. We will be eternally grateful to all who assisted in caring and treating our father, including Dr. Eapen, PSW's Jennifer and Stella, and especially Dr. Coulombe who allowed us to fulfill his wishes to pass away at home. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a service to be held at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Rd., Ottawa) on Friday, November 4th at 2 p.m. followed by inurnment. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Palliative Care Physician Dr. Louise Coulombe would be greatly appreciated. Published in the Ottawa Citizen from 11/2/2005 - 11/3/2005
