MCNEILL-RING, JEAN The death of Jean McNeill-Ring of Minto, N.B., occurred Monday, January 3, 2005 at the W.G. Bishop Nursing Home. Born in Kingsclear, N.B. she was the daughter of the late Robert and Grace (Pincombe) Gray. Jean had been a school teacher at the Minto Schools for many years. She was also a member of the Trinity United Church. Survived by her loving husband, Greg Ring, N.B.; two sons, John McNeill and Earl McNeill (Eileen) all of Minto, N.B.; two step-sons, Eric Ring (Kathleen) of Ripples, N.B. and Greg (Peter) Ring Jr (Gail) of Lincoln, N.B.; two daughters Margaret Anne Harvey (George) of Mississauga, Ontario and Diane LaPointe of Fredericton, N.B.; three step-daughters, Mona Morgan of Saint John, N.B., Mary Smith (Neill) of French Lake, N.B. and Eleanor Beatty (John) of Wasaga Beach, Ontario; two brothers, John Gray (Mary) of Sharbot Lake, Ontario and Bruce (Pat) of Fredericton, N.B.; two sisters, Hulda Anderson of Charters Settlement, N.B. and Marjorie Messer (Ronald) of Harvey, N.B.; 32 grandchildren, many great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Jean was predeceased by her first husband William McNeill; a sister Lillian Gray; a brother James Gray. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home, 327-3490 with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place 2:00 pm Thursday, January 6, 2005 from the Trinity United Church with Rev. Gil Todd officiating. Interment will take place in the RedBank Cemetery, Chipman, N.B. at a later date. For those who wish donations made to the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
