CRAWFORD, JAMES RAYMOND - James Raymond Crawford of Woodstock, husband of Dawn Marie (Finnamore) Crawford, passed away at Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock on Tuesday, January 11, 2005, at the age of 57. Born at Woodstock, he was the son of the late C. Lloyd and Laversa A. (Wright) Crawford. In addition to his wife, James is survived by his son, Chad; his daughter, Tanya of Aroostook, NB; six brothers, Robert L. (Barbara) of St. Stephen, Sherwood F. (Karen) of Bass River, NS, Gordon H. (Mary) of Scotch Village, NS, E. Archie (Sarah) of Woodstock, Allison W. (Lydia) of Moncton, and Charles A. (Susan) of Woodstock; two sisters, Carolyn A. Munroe (Tom) of Nackawic and Lauretta M. Bell (Larry) of Belleville; 42 nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law Donald Finnamore (Edith) of Quispamsis, Gerald Finnamore (Carolyn) of Riverview, Milton Finnamore (Barbara) of Capreal, ON, Russell Finnamore (Bertha) of Quispamsis, Wilfred Finnamore (Theresa) of Perth Andover, Eugene Finnamore (Anita) of Woodstock, Verdell Finnamore (Marg) of Quaker Brook, and Gregory Finnamore (Petria) of Craig Flat, NB; and two sisters-in-law Delores Waugh (Bob) of Easton, Maine, and Janice Ouellette (Daril) of Fredericton. In addition to his parents, James was predeceased by a brother, Paul. Resting at The Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 2:00 pm from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Fred Snyder will be officiating, with interment at a later date in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.
