MIRON; Alice Antoinette (Groulx). Peacefully on Monday June 14, 2004 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital. Beloved wife of the late William Miron. Loving mother of Noella Drew (Richard) of St. Catharines, Lorraine Rozell of Niagara Falls, Phillip Miron of Niagara Falls, the late Jacqueline Miron and the late Lucienne Horth. Dear Grandmother of Richard Horth (Sharon), late Ronald Horth, Beverly Brabeck (Butch), Laurianne Moore (Rick), Michael Horth (Heather), Charlie Konyi (Thelma), Bonnie Saunders (Mike), Gary Konyi, Robert Konyi, Tim Drew, Norman Drew, Cheryl Meli (Steve), Rick Rozell, Aaron Miron and Laura Miron. Great-grandmother of 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Surviving are many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Miron worked for many years as a nurses aid at the Greater Niagara General Hospital. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge #676. Resting at Hetherington and Deans Funeral Chapel, Victoria Avenue, where friends may call Wednesday 7-9 and Thursday 2-4 & 7-9. Member of the Moose Lodge will convene for their memorial service on Thursday at 7 p.m. A prayer vigil will be held at the funeral home Thursday at 3 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church on Friday June 18, 2004 at 10 o'clock a.m. the Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery. As an expression ofsympathy, in memoriam contributions to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
