Doris H. (Belanger) St Amant, 76, formerly of 664 South Main Street, died February 13, 2005 at Hillsborough County Nursing Home.She was born in Goffstown on July 5, 1928, the daughter of Aimee and Marie Blanche (Tardiff) Belanger and had resided in Montreal, PQ Canada for 26 years and the last 50 years in Manchester.She had worked at various shoe shops in the Manchester area. She had also been a CNA at Hillsborough County Nursing Home. She was a parishioner of Ste. Marie Church and a member of the St. Anne’s Sodality. She belonged to the VFW Women’s Auxiliary. Family members include two sons, Paul St. Amand, Sr. and Rene St. Amand, both of Manchester; three grandchildren’ a brother, Roland Belanger of Goffstown, a sister, Lorraine Demers of FL; and many nephews, nieces and cousins.A memorial Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 11:00 in Ste. Owen "Tee" Paul Blanchard, 82, a native of Humphrey and resident of Houma, died at 1:25 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14, 2005. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by six stepchildren; one brother, Carl "Pal" Blanchard of Houma; two sisters, Mildred B. Dupre of Houma and Eva B. Hebert of Gibson; and 18 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo Threadway Blanchard; his parents, Theophile Blanchard and Mary Trahan Blanchard; one stepchild; four brothers, Morris, Curtis, Anthony and Enos Blanchard; and one sister, Lorraine B. Guidry. He was a retired marsh buggy operator with Marsh Equipment Inc. and worked in C.C. Labor Camps during the war. He was a parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church. CHARLTON— Armand E. Boisjolie, Sr., 97, formerly of 53 Highland Rd., died Sunday, February 13 at the Overlook Masonic Health Center in Charlton, after an illness. He was the husband of Exina (Ethier) Boisjolie who died in 1974. He leaves a son, Armand E. Boisjolie, Jr. and his wife Cynthia, 3 daughters Madeline Laramee and her husband Paul, and Marie Narva and her husband Ronald, all of Charlton, Annette Cycz and her husband Peter of Spencer, 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Antoinette Brown of Spencer who died in 1994 and two brothers Leo and Ernest Boisjolie. Born in Spencer, he was the son of Eugene and Mary (Miner) Boisjolie. Mr. Boisjolie was a stitcher at the former Allen Squire Shoe Co. in Spencer for many years. The funeral will be held Wednesday, Feb. 16 from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 60 Maple St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Mary, Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. Calling hours are Tuesday, Feb. 15 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

Larry J. Deschane, 58, Crivitz, died Monday, Feb. 14, 2005, at home. Larry was born Nov. 3, 1946, in Green Bay, to the late Carlton and Magdalen Deschane. MILLBURY— Deborah M. (Ferrie) Laflamme, 48, formerly of Grafton, passed away at home unexpectedly in her sleep, February 10, 2005. She is survived by her husband of 2 years and companion of 7 years, Al Laflamme. Her daughter, Kristy Dupont of FL, her mother, Shirley A. (Bedard), 3 brothers, Todd M. Ferrie Sr. of Auburn, Scott M. Ferrie and Vincent R. Ferrie both in Maine, 3 sisters, Kathleen Ferrie of Worcester, Paula McRell of Sutton and Donna Corna of Uncasville CT, 1 step sister, Sandie Adams and many nieces and nephews. Debbie was also predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister. She was born June 17, 1956 in Worcester, her father was the late Thomas J. Ferrie Sr. Debbie was raised in Worcester, lived in Grafton and then in Millbury. She was a waitress and beverage consultant for over 20 years at The Edgemere Diner in Shrewsbury where she was also well known for her "Theme Days" at the diner. She was a graduate of Burncoat High School and was a standout gymnast there. Debbie took instruction in and loved professional Tap, Ballet and Jaz dancing. She enjoyed motorcycle riding with her husband and "The 122 Gang". She also took great pleasure in cooking, arts and crafts. A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, February 17th at 10:00 AM in The Parish Church of St. Philip, corner of Church & West Streets in Grafton. She will then be laid to rest with family in St. Johns Cemetery in Worcester. LACONIA — Rudolph "Rudy" A. Gilbert, 64, of 7 Elizabeth Terrace, died at his home on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2005. Mr. Gilbert was born July 25, 1940 in Rochester. The son of Oscar and Jeanette (Aube) Gilbert. He was raised in Rochester and was a graduate of Holy Rosary High School. He served in the U. S. Army in the Army Security Agency.He had been a resident of Laconia for the past thirty years. He worked for UPS for many years and owned and operated the Laconia Driving School. In the last years of his life, he worked for Freudenburg. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and the United Union.He loved spending time with his family, fishing and riding his motorcycle. Survivors include his wife, Marjorie "Margie" (Bradshaw) of Laconia; two sons, Ryan Gilbert of New York, N.Y. and Thomas "Tom" Gilbert of Portland, Maine; his brother, Larry Gilbert, a sister-in-law, Judy Gilbert, three nephews, Eric Gilbert, Larry Gilbert and Benji Gilbert, all of Rochester; one great nephew and one great niece. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Donald Gilbert, and by a nephew, Greg Gilbert. Groton - Irene A. Boucher, 96, of 40 Indian Field Road, Groton, died Sunday evening at Mystic Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.Born September 9, 1908 at Lacolle, Canada in the Province of Quebec, she was the youngest of nine children to Mederise Aupry Grenon and Joseph Grenon.She was married May 30, 1927 to Louis E. Boucher in Lowell, Mass. Her husband predeceased her on May 24, 1984.She has been a communicant of St. Mary Mother of the Redeemer Church in Groton for 37 years.She is survived by six children, two sons, Ronald Boucher and his wife Ruth of Gales Ferry, and Robert Boucher and his wife Katherine of Gales Ferry; four daughters, Lorraine Simmons and her husband John of Ledyard, Loretta Michaud and her husband Patrick of Gales Ferry, Sister Jeanne Boucher CSC of Manchester, N.H., and Diane Haines and her husband Dennis of Groton. Bob saw two tours of military service: as a bomber crewman in the Pacific in WWII, and then was recalled to the Korean conflict, where he flew 34 missions with the Air Force. Besides his stint as president of the St. Thomas Academy Alumni Association, Bob was president of the Fathers Club, a Trustee for six years, and chairman of the Centennial Capital Fund Drive at the Academy. He also chaired the Archdiocesan Annual Catholic Appeal, co-chaired the Convent of the Visitation School Fund Drive, and was the Minneapolis chairman for the St. John Vianney Seminary Capital Fund Drive. Bob has been the president of his parish council and a member of the choir for 30 years at Our Lady of Grace in Edina, and has been the president and a district governor of Minneapolis Serra and Serra International, respectively. He was a Trustee of the Convent of the Visitation for four years, and is a Papal Knight of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. Visitation 4-7PM Wed. Marie Pierrette Harton -- March 4, 1925 - Feb. 11, 2005 -- FLORIDA -Marie Pierrette Harton, 79, died peacefully Feb. 11, 2005 in Brooksville, Florida.She was born March 4, 1925 in Quebec Canada, the daughter of the late Joseph and Amelia (Couture) Harton. BEAUCHAMP, BETTY J.— 81, former Jackson and Marquette resident, entered eternal life Saturday, February 12, 2005, at the Mather Nursing Center in Ishpeming, MI. Betty was born August 20, 1923 in Ludington, a daughter of Albert B. and Bessie K. (Buck) Norman and was raised in Ludington. During her senior year in high school, Betty moved with her family to Jackson where she graduated from high school and remained for most of her lifetime. During World War II, Betty, like so many other women, went to work in the factories to help sustain the war effort. At the same time, she was also a member of the Women's Baseball League, playing the Michigan-Ohio-Illinois circuit in semi-professional baseball. Betty served as a pitcher and was quite a good one, utilizing her skills, years later in local church softball leagues. Facing Betty's pitching arm from the plate was a real challenge. In her leisure, Betty enjoyed flower gardening, reading and loved animals. A deeply spiritual woman, Betty read her Bible daily. In 1996, to be nearer her son, Betty moved to the Marquette area. Betty is survived by her son, Bruce P. Rockey and daughter-in-law, Nancy L. Sundell of Marquette. She was preceded in death by her sons, Brian J. Rockey, Richard M. Beauchamp, Kevin D. Beauchamp and Dana Beauchamp. A private memorial service will take place in the spring on the shores of Lake Superior in Marquette. Brouillette, Ronald Lucien A resident of Bayou Corne and a native of Assumption Parish, he died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2005. He was 70, a retired equipment operator from Local 406, and an active member of American Legion Post 328, having served honorably as a member of the U.S. Army artillery corps. An avowed "tinkerer," and a man of easy friendships, he will be greatly missed by family, friends and campers around the country. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Deanna Blanchard Brouillette; two sons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Adrienne, Laurel, Md., and Brian and Laura, Lockport; and his beloved grandchildren, Stephen, Julia, Danielle, Samuel, Joseph, Catherine and Jacqueline. He is also survived by two brothers, Samuel, Alvin, Texas, and Kenneth, Napoleonville. A Christian memorial service will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Pierre Part, on Wednesday, Feb. 16, at 11 a.m. A military salute will follow the service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Eunice Brouillette, Napoleonville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Legion Post 328, Pierre Part. LORD, EDWARD STICKNEY Mr. Edward Stickney Lord, 87, husband of Alva (Craig) Lord of St. Andrews, NB died peacefully at the Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrews, NB on February 13, 2005. He was born on Deer Island on May 2, 1917 of Harold and Bessie Lord. He was pre-deceased by brothers Lambert, Horace (Scotty) and sister Carolyn Richardson. He is survived by one sister, Mary Daly of Fredericton, NB; two daughters, Janet Love (Arthur), Joyce Dickson (Bernie); four grandchildren, Andrew Love (Kathy), Kimberly Love-Brayley (Bill), Jill Dickson and Steven Dickson; two great-grandchildren, Brittany & Liam; one nephew, Arthur Richardson of Ottawa, ON and niece, Cynthia Hobart of Peterborough, ON. Retired from NB Telephone Co. Ltd. in 1981. Ed had many interests, but above all he had a great passion for music and a love for wood turning. No visitation requested by the family due to body being donated for medical research at Dalhousie University.
