KLIMCZUK, Stefan - Passed away at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Thursday February 5, 2004 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Lucy. Dearly loved father of HaniaWojtowicz of Toronto and Steve Klimczuk of Toronto. Dear brother of Helen Smith of South Africa, Leo (Wanda) Klimczuk of Washington, D.C., Jan (Dana) Klimczuk of Oakville, Stephanie Gryniewicz of Toronto and Mike Klimczuk of Elliott Lake. Sadly missed by his nephews Ted, Stephen, Todd and Roland and his nieces Susan and Belinda. Mr. Klimczuk was a veteran of World War II, serving as a first lieutenant in the Polish Army and his tours of duty included Italy and North Africa. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to call at the Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main St. visiting Friday 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at St. Thomas More Church.

Loving mother of Alice Reddick and her husband Brian, Port Robinson, Bob McCredie and his wife Myrna, Chippawa, Jean Adams and her husband Mark, Tilley, Alberta. Loved grandmother of Alexa Swales (Jim), Denis Trottier (Rosie), Ken Trottier (Robin), Pauline Murray (Blair), Kathi and Crystal McCredie. Loved great grandmother of Amanda, Melissa, Wesley and her newest joy, Jessie Lee born January 1, 2004. Dear sister of Loretta Schmidt, Nellie Kodeski, Ollie Essex, Celia Paquette and Charles Manahan. Mrs. McCredie is predeceased by 3 sisters and is survived by many nieces and nephews. Mother of Richard Henry and his wife Mary of Port Perry, and Thom Henry and his wife Nettie of Ajax. Grandmother of James and David, both of Port Perry. Lifelong friend of Dot Howell. Youngest sister of the late Eldon Leonard and his wife Thelma, Mae Leonard and Letha Leonard. Mary was a long time resident of both Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, where she and Merv spent many happy years with family and friends. A private celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2004. Interment Lundy's Lane Cemetery in the Spring.

Herbert is the beloved husband of the late Naomi Lafave (MacBain) (1998). He is survived by his dear daughter Alanna Lafave of Niagara Falls. Herbert was predeceased by his mother Maude (Cornwall), 4 brothers, Earl, Robert John and Leonard all of Cornwall, Ontario. Lovingly remembered by his sister Stella Height and her husband Norm of Cornwall, sister-in-law Betti Laney, Tennessee, and brother-in-law Gordon MacLeod and his wife Melissa. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews. Herb was a veteran of World War 2 and worked at Abitibi Paper Mill in Thorold, Ontario. He will be sadly missed by Farideh (Aroos Khanoom). Mr. Ghazi was a very accomplished lawyer who had many great achievements in life. He made himself who he was. Mr. Ghazi will be remembered as a very generous and loving person who would do anything to help another. His sense of humour will be remembered by all who knew him. His family and friends will forever miss the wisdom that he possessed and the guidance that he could offer when needed. His wisdom, humour and generosity touched so many lives. Beloved father of Linda TenBroeck Gray and her husband Michael of Cambridge, Donna TenBroeck Fischer and her husband Wayne of Redondo Beach, California, Robert TenBroeck Jr. and his wife Inga of La Passe, ON, and Laurie TenBroeck and her husband Brian Nemett of Toronto. Lovingly remembered by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Survived by one brother Bruce TenBroeck and his wife Brenda of Niagara Falls, ON, and one brother-in-law Ted Jenken. Predeceased by his parents, one sister Harriet Jenken (1988) and one brother Charles (1999). Mr. TenBroeck was a Veteran of World War II, serving with the R.C.A.F. from 1941-1945 in Canada and the U.K. He was a member of the Port Credit Royal Canadian Legion Branch 82. MALLOCH, Dr. W. Bruce - Passed away suddenly on June 14, 2004 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 84. Deeply loved and sadly missed by Susan Beal and his close family and friends. Bruce was graduated in general dentistry in 1943 and then went on to practice orthodontics in 1949 until his retirement in 1971. She was employed as a machine operator for some 23 years at Spirella Corset Factory, retiring in 1960. Friends are invited to visit the family on Monday evening, May 17th from 7-9 p.m. at the H.L. ULLYATT, Raymond. Aged eighty years, passed away Friday, July 30 in Montreal, Canada. Born in Chesterfield, England, he was the son of the late George Charles Ullyatt and the late Eva (Hardy) Ullyatt. After his service in the Royal Corps of Signals in Italy, he graduated from Oxford University and joined the foreign staff of J & P Coats, working in several countries until he came to Canada in 1956. He became President of J & P Coats (Canada) in 1962, holding directorships in various associated companies and trade associations. He had special interest in the Scouting movement and in his church, serving on numerous parish and Diocesan committees. He enjoyed his connection with Westmount Public Library, its rejuvenation and renovation. He is survived by his loving wife, Janet Susan Matthews, his children Louise (Robert Lachance) of Beaconsfield, Katharine (John Chenciner) of Sanibel, Florida, and John (Annie Dugan) of Edmonton, Alberta, as well as by 4 precious grandchildren, his sister Eileen of London, England, six nieces and several grandnephews and grandnieces. WLADYSLAW “WALTER” NAKIELNY, M.D. We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our much loved husband, father, grandfather and friend Dr. Walter Nakielny on July 28, 2004, at Selkirk General Hospital after a lengthy illness. Walter is survived by his wife, Sylvia, son John, daughters Broni Anderson and Jadwiga Byrne, sons-in-law Dan Anderson and Sean Byrne, and grandchildren David and Shannon Anderson and Nicholas and Peter Byrne. Walter was born in Ostrava, CSSR Sept 1, 1922. On Sept 1, 1939 he volunteered for the Polish Army and fought in France. He studied Medicine in Switzerland, and there met and married his wife Sylvia. In 1951 the family immigrated to Canada. Walter practiced family medicine in rural Manitoba. He studied psychiatry and practiced at the Selkirk Mental Hospital from 1964 until his retirement in 1995. Walter had many interests: he loved music, playing his violins and singing with the Polish Sokal Choir, and performing with the hospital band. He loved nature, snowshoeing, kayaking and fishing. He spoke many languages and was greatly fond of aboriginal culture. Walter loved the company of his family and many friends. He cared immensely for people, and lived his life in a humble and unpretentious manner. We all loved his wonderful sense of humour, and his generous and compassionate spirit. Maurice Delage M.D. 1915 - 2004 À la Maison Michel-Sarrazin, le 29 juillet 2004, à l’âge de 89 ans, est décédé le Docteur Maurice Delage. Il demeurait à Québec. La famille recevra les condoléances au funérarium Lépine Cloutier Ltée 300, chemin Sainte-Foy, Québec le mardi le 3 août de 14h à 17h et de 19h à 22h ainsi que mercredi, jour des funérailles, de 9h à 10h. Le service religieux sera célébré le mercredi 4 août à 10h30, en l’église St-Dominique, 175, Grande-Allée Ouest. Le Docteur Delage a débuté sa pratique en 1942 et a été le premier médecin spécialiste en physiatrie et réadaptation à Québec. Il a gradué au Collège Royal du Canada en 1949 et reçu au Collège des Médecins & Chirurgiens de la Province de Québec en 1951. Il a établi et assuré la direction des services de physiatrie à l’hôpital des Vétérans, l’hôpital St-François d’Assise, l’hôpital St-Augustin, et notamment à l’hôpital Hôtel-Dieu de Québec où il exerça pendant plus de 25 ans. En 1955 il participa à la fondation et assura la direction médicale de la Clinique de Réadaptation de Québec, une des premières institutions au Québec assurant la réadaptation et l’organisation d’ateliers d’orthèse aux personnes à mobilité réduite. En 1964, il orienta sa carrière dans le secteur public de la santé et la sécurité au travail où il assura la direction médicale du Service de Physiatrie et Réadaptation du Centre de Réadaptation de Québec (Centre François-Charon) jusqu’en 1980. Il a participé à l’enseignement de la Médecine Physique et Réadaptation à la Faculté de Médecine de l’Université Laval. Il a été président de l’Association de Médecine Physique et Réadaptation de la Province de Québec et président de l’Association de la Médecine Physique et Réadaptation du Canada. En 1972 il a été reçu Associé au Collège Royal du Canada. Léda Royer Mailloux Entourée de l’amour de son époux, monsieur Georges Mailloux, et de l’affection des siens, est décédée, à l’hôpital St-François-d’Assise, dame Léda Royer, à l’âge de 93 ans et 4 mois, le 30 juillet 2004. Elle était la fille de feu Octave Royer et de feu Aurélie Leblond. Sa vie, bien que simple, fut remplie discrètement de sympathie et de partage. Après une retraite bien méritée du Château Frontenac où elle travailla 33 ans, elle épousa son ange gardien: Georges. Selon ses désirs, elle nous a quittés sans donner de trouble à personne. Dans l’éternité, elle rejoint ses soeurs: Rosée (feu Auguste Giroux), Marie (feu Joseph Hamel) et Anastasie (feu Georges Jean). Elle quitte ses soeurs: Marie-Anne (feu Alfred Carrier), Rita (feu Louis Laberge) et son frère Lucien (Germaine Shink). Plusieurs neveux et nièces de Beauce, Montréal, Ottawa et Québec et particulièrement son filleul Claude sont attristés par son départ. Elle disait: «Ne me pleurez pas, j’irai rejoindre ceux que j’aimais.» Vos marques d’affection peuvent se traduire par des offrandes de messes. La famille recevra les condoléances au funérarium de la coopérative funéraire de l’anse 280, 8e Rue, Québec le dimanche 1er août 2004 de 14h à 17h et de 19h à 22h ainsi que le lundi 2 août 2004, jour des funérailles, de 12h à 13h45.
