Peacefully at his residence in Stittsville on Tuesday, February 5, 2002, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Ella Pye Quart. Dear father of Susan Seitz, Michael, Marny Hamilton and Reginald Jr. Poppy as he was fondly called will be missed by his grandchildren Christopher, Jennifer and Shannon Seitz, Matthew and Christine Quart, Julia, Graeme and Kirk Hamilton and Spencer and Marny Quart. Reg was the son of the late Honorable Senator Josie Dianan Quart and Harry S. Quart of Quebec City. He was predeceased by his brothers Gerard, Harry, Jack and his sister Jo Ouellet. He is also survived by sisters-in-law Babs Quart and Joy Quart and many nieces and nephews. He was a graduate from the School of Engineering at McGill University in 1942. Following graduation, he served as radar officer with the RN - on loan from the RCNVR serving his country in World War II. While residing in Montreal, Reg was a longtime member of the Royal Montreal Golf Club and Royal St. Lawrence Yacht Club. As a resident of Naples, Florida, Reg was a member of The Naples Yacht Club and the Royal Poinciana Golf Club. Throughout his life, he was active in volunteer services in his community, including the Federation of Catholic Charities and his church. (Sister Margaret Mary) Sister Mildred Moyle, a Grey Sister of the Immaculate Conception, died in Ottawa, Ontario, on the 5th of February, 2002 in the sixty-eighth year of her religious life. Besides the members of her religious congregation, Sister leaves to mourn her brother Joseph, and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Florence (Lynn), by her brother, Frank, and her sister, Irene. Sister Mildred spent much of her active life in teaching and educational administration in Ottawa, Eganville and Whitby. She also served in Thunder Bay and in Pembroke where she established the Annunciation Centre for Spiritual Development. She spent the last years of her life in Toronto and in Ottawa. Resting at the Grey Sisters' Motherhouse, 700 Mackay Street, Pembroke from 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 7th. Liturgy of the Resurrection in the Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 8th. À l'Hôtel-Dieu de Sorel, le 29 janvier 2002 est décédé, à l'âge de 83 ans, M. Joseph Dubé, époux d'Adéline Cotnoir, demeurant rue Charlotte à Sorel-Tracy. Il laisse dans le deuil, outre son épouse, ses enfants : Monique, Jean-Guy (Manon Laforest), Pierrette, Lorraine (Léopold Pelletier) et Gilles (Lorraine Beauchemin); cinq petits-enfants : Martine, Sylvain, François, Marie-Pier et Anabelle; deux arrière-petits-enfants : Laurie-»ve, Steven et Britanie; une soeur : Rita (feu Raymond Dubé); un beau-frère et deux belles-soeurs de la famille Cotnoir : Marcel (Fernande Lefebvre), feu Wilfrid (Marcelle Langlais) et feu Bernard (Rollande Simard); ses neveux et nièces, ainsi que plusieurs autres parents t amis. Les funérailles ont eu lieu le jeudi 31 janvier 2002, à 14 heures, en l'église Saint-Pierre, secteur Sorel, suivies de la crémation. Direction funéraire : S.
