Il était l'époux bien-aimé de Jeannine Ouellette, le fils de feu Rhéalto Villeneuve et de feu Irène Sabourin. Outre son épouse, il laisse ses 4 enfants: Diane (Denis Bélanger), Richard (Christine Brousseau), Michel (Ginette Brousseau) et Nicole (Michel Carpentier); 5 petits-enfants: Manon (Dominique), Sylvain, Martin, Richard et Emilie, ainsi que 1 arrière-arrière-petite-fille, Sabrina. Il était le cher frère de Huguette (Joe Martel), Claire Gardner, Rodrigue (AnnaLiese) et Roger (Hélène). Il fut prédécédé par 1 frère, Armand (feu Berthe Grenon), ainsi que par 1 soeur, Jacqueline (feu Léo Lagrois). Il laisse également 3 beaux-frères: Gerry Ouellette (Nicole), Jean-Claude Ouellette et Jean-Paul Osborne (Joanne); 2 belles-soeurs: Louise Ouellette (Gerry) et Simone Dagenais. Il fut prédécédé également par 2 beaux-frères: Jean-Claude Dupuis et Jean-Pierre Viau (Flo). Il était un Ancien Combattant et membre de la Légion Canadienne de Hull. (1939 - 2002). At the age of sixty-three, peacefully at home on February 2, 2002 after a courageous battle with cancer, fought with dignity, determination and hope. He was the son of the late Theodule and Blanche (Lamothe) Foisy of North Bay, Ontario. He is survived by his loving wife Judy (Hagman), three sons Roger, Christopher (Monic) and Marc, one granddaughter Marie. Also survived by three brothers, Robert (Jackie) Chambly, Donald (Connie), Raymond (Gail), North Bay and three sisters Margaret, North Bay, Jackie O'Brien (Cletus), Theresa Dufresne (Ivan), Sault-Ste. Peacefully early Sunday morning February 3, 2002, at his home in Cornwall, Ontario. Raised in Stouffville, Ontario, he joined the Royal Air Force during WWII and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross while serving in the 101st Squadron, Lancaster bombers. John was in the first graduating class of the Journalism Program at Carleton University. He worked in the Motion Picture division of the Canadian army and served in Korea, Cyprus and Germany. John joined CBC-TV in 1961 and for the next 3 decades was a familiar face to Canadians as a Parliamentary reporter, war correspondent and news anchor. He will be missed and remembered always by his wife Rosalind Drewery, his children - Laine, Lauren, Dale, Scott and Brant and his granddaughter Caitlin. He is predeceased by his first wife and mother of his children, Joan Drewery (nee Jackson). For those who knew and loved John, it will be an emptier world without him. At the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus on Saturday, February 2, 2002, age 78 years. Len passed away peacefully in the arms of his beloved wife, June. Loving father of Carol (Michal Hasek), Gary (Barbara Klante), Susan (Cedric Broten) and Lynn (Kevin Head). Dear brother of Lois (Morton), Ellwood and Alan. Grandpa will be lovingly remembered by Peter, David and Anna Hasek, Max Beninger and Iari Hanson. Len was born in Kenmare, North Dakota and raised on the Saskatchewan prairie. After his service in the Signal Corps of the Canadian Army during World War II, Len and June moved east to Toronto where they raised their family. Len began his long career at Canadian National Railways in 1950. He remained in Toronto until 1974 when he moved to head office in Montreal until his retirement to a small farm in North Lunenberg, Ontario. Len will be remembered for his strength, honesty, sense of humour, generosity and will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Visitation will be held at the Brownlee Funeral Home, Maple Street, Ingleside on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. (A SERVICE IN CELEBRATION OF LEONARD HANSON'S LIFE WILL BE HELD IN ST.
