HARRIS, J. Francis (Frank). Passed away at the age of eighty-nine, on November 16, 2007, after a short illness. Beloved husband of Therese Gallant (Terry). Arthur (Wayne) Dickson 1941-2007 Riverview, N.B., Arthur (Wayne) Dickson 66 of Riverview, N.B. passed away at home, after a courageous battle with cancer on, Nov. 23 with his family at his side. Born in Halifax, N.S. on May 11, 1941, he was the oldest son of the late Morton and Avis (Logan) Dickson. Wayne was a Machinist by trade, having worked while receiving it at the Dartmouth Marine Slips, also receiving his mechanical drafting from the Halifax Vocational School, he changed at an early age to salesmen in the Dental Supply Business. At the time of his death he was working for Henry Schien, Ash, Arcona Dental Supplies and equipment. He also spent seven years as salesmen in the food business in Dartmouth, N.S. He was a past member of the Riverview Lions Club. Wayne was a man that had to keep busy, being an avid Snowmobilier for several years, he enjoyed woodworking, golf, gardening, & doing several odd jobs for family and friends, he was also a big fan of NASCAR racing, attending some of the races. Wayne is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Sharon (Young); three daughters, Cheryl Wolfe (Bruce), Heather Gautreau (Don), and Cathy Gaudet (Craig) all of Moncton, N.B; four grandchildren, Haley, Graham, Taylor, Larissa, all of Moncton; One sister, Elaine Mulhall, Newcastle, N.B.; one brother Gordon, Halifax, N.S.; Sister-in-law Marilyn Hamlin (Gordon), Timberlea, N.S. & brother-in-law George Young (Sharon), Bridgewater, N.S., several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Brian Mulhall. Cremation has taken place. The family will be receiving visitors at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Monday November 26th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. The Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul's United Church, 404 Cleveland Ave., Riverview, N.B. on Tuesday, November 27th, at 2;00 PM, Rev. Steve Berube officiating. MARGARET ELIZABETH STANSFIELD Margaret was born in Toronto on December 29, 1915 to the late Jean and Peter Wilson. She was the third of four children; three sisters and one brother. Marg completed her schooling in the Toronto public school system which prepared her for a career in the secretarial field. Upon graduation she worked at the Toronto Telegram newspaper office and it was there that she met her husband Earl. They were married on September 2, 1939 and over the next few years they were blessed with two children, a son, Jim and a daughter, Lynn. Earl left the Toronto Telegram for employment with the Bakelite company, a division of Union Carbide, and accepted a position in the new plant opening in Belleville. In 1949, Marg, Earl and their two children moved to Belleville, which became home for the rest of their lives. Margaret was employed by the Belleville General Hospital for many years as a medical secretary working in the radiology and the medical records departments. She also spent several years in the employ of a private medical practice. Marg loved music and was involved in church choirs and choral groups. She was fond of her piano and spent much time, in her younger years, playing and practicing her music. The church played a large role in the lives of Marg and Earl and they spent a considerable amount of time with the various groups, organizations and friends associated with Tabernacle United Church. Marg was definitely upset when the decision was made to close and raze the church that had meant so much to her. Once their children were established on their own; Jim as a dentist and Lynn as a Registered Nurse with a career in pharmaceutical sales, Marg and Earl treated themselves to several wonderful globetrotting trips. Europe, Australia, Hawaii, the USA and Canada were all explored. Their later years of retirement were spent closer to home, enjoying the development and activities of their grandchildren and great grandchildren. Marg and Earl celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on September 2, 2002 and on November 14, 2002 Earl passed away. Following Earl's passing, Marg's health deteriorated quite quickly and she soon required the care provided by a Retirement/Nursing Care Facility. She spent her last years in a wonderful facility in London Ontario; the Kensington Village Retirement/Nursing Home under the watchful, caring eye and advocacy of her daughter Lynn and her husband Terry. On November 13th, 2007, one day short of the fifth anniversary of her husband's death, Margaret passed away peacefully in her 92nd year. A private family service was held on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at the Belleville Funeral Home with Rev. M. MacLeod officiating. Interment was in the Belleville Cemetery. Margaret is survived by her two older sisters Jessie Brand and Kay Lilley and her younger brother Jim Wilson, her son Jim (Denise) Stansfield, her daughter Lynn (Terry) Morgan and her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Margaret will be missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends. 10913184

TOPIWALA, Ansuiya 1951 - 2007 Ansuiya Topiwala, beloved wife of Ramesh Topiwala, and devoted mother of Tejal and Jiten, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 5:25 a.m. Ansuiya was born and raised in Suva, Fuji Islands, along with her four sisters and one brother. She and Ramesh married in 1975 and moved to London, and then came to Canada in 1978. In Calgary, she lived a happy life with her husband and two children. Ansuiya was a healthy, independent and active woman who loved to travel. She had a very positive outlook on life and was always willing to help others. Ansuiya's rare illness began in 2002, and it worsened over the years until she passed away comfortably and peacefully early this week. An eternal and heartfelt thanks goes out to all the nurses and doctors and their support staff at Foothills Medical Centre, and to all the family and friends who have extended their prayers and support during this difficult time. SCHEUERMAN, Woodrow (Woody) 1913 - 2007 Woody was born in the United States, immigrated to Canada in 1918 and lived in Bridgeland, Calgary where he attended St. John's Lutheran Church and the Riverside Schools, and has resided in Calgary ever since. Woody was active in sports through his twenties and thirties; swimming, basketball, gymnastics and tumbling at the Riverside YMCA. Later on he excelled at bowling and playing darts, winning numerous championships. In May 1937 he married Marie Benner and they had four children, Joanne, Warren, Karen and Rodney. Woody served in the RCAF from 1941 to 1945. After various jobs he joined CIL Explosive Plant until retirement in 1978. He was predeceased by wife, Marie in June 1995 and daughter Joanne in July 2003. Woodrow will be lovingly remembered by Karen and Ken Shaw of Calgary, Warren and Cecilia of Westbank, B.C., and Rod and Laurie of Richmond, B.C. He will also be sadly missed by ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. A Private Graveside Service will be held at Queen's Park Cemetery. McCUAIG, Ross R. April 28, 1930 - November 21, 2007 Ross R. McCuaig of Calgary ended his life journey on Wednesday, November 21, 2007 after a long battle with Alzheimer's at the age of 77 years. Ross attended the University of Toronto graduating in 1956 with a BASc in Mechanical Engineering. He worked for Polysar, Sarnia for twenty years. During those years he took courses offered by Waterloo University and Lambton College, then went on campus for three months to do some practical work. He graduated in 1974 with a Masters of Applied Science degree. In 1976 he moved to Calgary where he worked for Exchanger Sales and Le Grande Ind. building pressure vessels for the oil industry. Ross also worked for Dale Insurance when Petro Canada towers were being built. Ross enjoyed trips to Manitoulin Island more for the outdoors and companionship than the actual hunting. Ross will be sadly missed by his wife Nancy, of fifty-one years; his son and daughter-in-law, William and Linda, of Sarnia, ON; his son Robert, of Calgary; and granddaughters Andrea (Mike Rockwood) and Jennifer McCuaig, of Sarnia, ON. KUMLIN, Lillian Florence 1917 - 2007 Lillian Kumlin of High River, formerly of Blackie, AB passed away at the High River Hospital on November 18, 2007 at the age of 90 years. She is survived by her loving family Joan Kumlin, Jack Kumlin, Jim (Rosemary) Kumlin and Bill (Noreen) Kumlin; along with grandchildren Lawrence, Valerian, Tyrell, Rod, Jennifer, Jason and Eric. Lillian is also survived by her sisters Helen Crooks, High River and Barbara Forster, St. Albert. She was predeceased by her husband Cecil on October 20, 1989. Lillian came to the Blackie area in 1919 and resided there until 1927 when she moved with her family to Clive, AB. In 1943, she moved back to Blackie where she had accepted a teaching position. She lived there until 1999. She was a member of the United Church U.C.W. and the Ladies' Auxiliary to the High River Hospital and volunteered where she was needed. KORCHINSKI, Bonace November 1, 1927 - November 20, 2007 It is with deep sadness, the family announces the passing of Bonace Korchinski. Prayers will be held this Sunday, November 25 at 8:00 p.m. and a Liturgy will be celebrated this Monday, November 26 at 10:00 a.m. in Saskatoon at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. His parents emigrated from the Ukraine in 1905 and homesteaded near Ituna, Sask. He was raised on the family farm and was the youngest of thirteen children. He stayed on the farm until he raised enough money to put himself through university. He received degrees in History and Education. While attending university in Saskatoon, he met Anne. Bonace and Anne were married on August 11, 1957 and later settled in Saskatoon to raise their family. Bonace and Anne recently celebrated fifty amazing years of marriage. He was a devoted husband and above all, he loved his family. He was a wonderful father to his five children and the proud "Papa" of eleven grandchildren. He was always there when his children needed him. He will be remembered by his grandchildren as a great storyteller and outdoorsman. He loved spending time with his grandchildren at the family cabin at Nesslin Lake, especially on outdoor adventures (canoeing, fishing, hiking, ATV rides, etc.). As a passionate teacher who joined Mount Royal Collegiate in 1960, he touched many lives with his loved of history and social studies. Bonace saw an opportunity to enrich the lives of his students with canoe adventures by helping establish the "Les Voyageur" Canoe Club at Mount Royal in 1967. He obtained his masters in History in 1972. After retiring from teaching in 1987, he established Sask Can Outfitters where he guided sportsmen on deer and bear hunts; many of whom became good friends with him. Elle laisse dans le deuil, outre son époux, son fils Marc qu’elle chérissait tant; sa mère feu Béatrice Legendre (feu Sylvio Monfet); son frère Maurice Monfet (Laurette Croteau); ses neveux, nièces et leurs enfants qu’elle aimait beaucoup; sa belle-mère madame Jeannette Laroche (feu Henri Ferland) ainsi que ses tantes, oncles, cousins, cousines et plusieurs ami(e)s. Le service religieux sera célébré en présence des cendres, le samedi 24 novembre 2007 à 13h, en l’église Saint-Mathieu (3155, chemin des Quatre-Bourgeois à Québec, secteur Sainte-Foy) où la famille recevra les condoléances une heure avant la cérémonie. Les cendres seront inhumées à une date ultérieure. Un merci bien particulier à ses merveilleuses amies qui ont su si bien l’accompagner durant son dernier parcours, à son mari Denis et son fils Marc d’avoir été si près d’elle, lui apportant tendresse et dévouement. La famille tient aussi à remercier les médecins du CRCEO, le Dr Marjolaine Tremblay et son équipe de l’Hôtel-Dieu ainsi que toutes les infirmières, plus particulièrement Marielle Pelletier (infirmière pivot). Daniel MacIntyre of Kapuskasing, died at Sensenbrenner Hospital on November 17, 2007. Mr. MacIntyre was born on June 16, 1928 in Roxborough. He worked as a welder at Spruce Falls for 42 years. He enjoyed hockey, curling, baseball, the company of his dogs – Simaba and Clarkson and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Shirley, two children, Wendy (Bill) of Mississauga and Dana (Nicole) of Kapuskasing; two brothers, Darwin and Leland, both of Brockville, as well as two grandchildren, Melissa and Randy. Mr. MacIntyre was predeceased by his parents, Mabel and Angus MacIntyre and one brother, Darcy. Reverend Brenda Lumsden officiated the funeral service November 19, 2007 at the Guenette Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed at the Kapuksasing Cemetery. Sharon English, of Cambridge, passed away on November 10, 2007, at age 58, after a struggle with cancer. Sharon was much loved by her husband Ken and sons Kenny and Brian. She was predeceased by her father and mother, Roscoe and Dorothy Gallinger of Chesley. She will be deeply missed by her four brothers – Larry Gallinger and his wife Helen of Woodstock, Bev Gallinger and his wife Lorraine of Chesley, Ron Gallinger and his wife Bonnie of Chesley and Jeff Gallinger and his wife Chrissy of Mission, B.C. She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15, 2007 in Coutts Chapel in Cambridge.

WILSON, Edith Mary - In loving memory of Edith Mary Wilson (nee Biasucci) who passed away on November 22nd, 2007 at the F.J. Davey Home in Sault Ste. Marie. Edith was born in 1917 in Britt, Ontario. She was educated in North Bay at St. Joseph's Academy and the North Bay Teacher's College (Normal School). As a young woman Edith taught in rural elementary schools in the Parry Sound and Sudbury area. After World War II, in 1947 Edith married her life partner Stirling Fry Wilson (predeceased) and the devoted couple lived in Warren through their married life. Edith gave of her time, energy and talents to serving her community as the clerk of the Townships of Ratter and Dunnet for many years. Throughout her life Edith gave quietly and freely of herself to meeting the needs of her family, friends and community. Loving mother of Robert (wife Nicole) of Sudbury and Ruth Wilson (husband John Schnablegger) of Sault Ste. Marie. Proud grandmother of Dr. Chantelle Wilson (husband Michael Zegil) of Gore Bay and Laura Schnablegger of Sault Ste. Marie. Great grandmother of Alexandra Wilson- Zegil.
