Né le 10 mars 1943 à Moncton, il était fils de feu Aurele et Ida (LeBlanc) Goguen. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Marguerite «Maggie» (née Robichaud); trois soeurs: Anna White (feu Douglas), Jeannette LeBlanc (Wilfred) et Louise Leger (Roger); deux frères: Yvon (Yolande) et Georges (Lois); la famille Robichaud, ainsi que plusieurs nièces et neveux. Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Christ-Roi à Moncton, le jeudi 6 octobre, à 14h. L’inhumation se fera au cimetière Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire à Dieppe. Il était fils de feu Joseph Godin et de feu Marie Haché. Il laisse dans le deuil un frère, Simon (Marguerite Despré) de Burnsville; une soeur, Yvonne (feu Joseph Haché) de Caraquet; quatre belles-soeurs: Angèla (feu Gérard Godin) et Angèla (feu Rodolphe Godin), toutes deux de Burnsville, Mable (feu Hubert Godin) de la Résidence Mgr Doucet de Grande-Anse et Lucille (feu Donat Godin) de Caraquet, ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces, cousins et cousines. Ses frères: Gérard, Rodolphe, Hubert, Donat et Charles (en bas âge), l’ont précédé dans la tombe. La dépouille mortelle ne sera pas exposée. Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Saint-Augustin de Paquetville, le jeudi 6 octobre, à 16h30. L’inhumation se fera au cimetière paroissial. MICHAUD, MARY "SUSAN", After a valiant fight overcoming leukemia, Susan passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends, on October 2, 2006. Susan filled her life with love and generously shared herself and her talents in serving others. She loved helping others preserver photos and memories. She served her church in many roles, but especially loved the children. She loved music and travel, camping and adventure. She was a mentor and volunteered many years in local schools. SPRINGFIELD - Boyne "Bunny" (Johnston) Methot, age 78, died Tuesday Oct. 4, 2005 at home. She was born in Springfield on July 11, 1927 the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Walkinshaw) Johnston. She was a communicant of the East Church Congregation in Springfield where she was also a deaconess for many years. She worked as a classified advisor for the Dow Jones/Wall Street Journal for many years before retiring around 1993. Boyne belonged to the Over 60 Club and the Golden Agers of Springfield. She is predeceased by her husband Donald Methot who passed away in 1999. She leaves her son Donald Methot of Chicopee; 2 daughters Carolyn Rosner and her husband Wesley of Kannapolis NC, and Andrea Dulude and her husband William of Springfield; 1 sister Margaret Seaver of Springfield; 4 grandchildren Rachel Methot of Granby, Jeffrey Methot of Granby, Alexandra Delude of Springfield and Audrey Dulude of Springfield. She also leaves 1 nephew James McCarthy. Funeral will be held at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee on Friday Oct. 7, 2005 at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass at the East Church Congregation at 10 a.m. with burial to follow in Hillcrest Park Cemetery. RENSSELAER, NY -- Vincent Edward LaFleche, 65, formerly of Watervliet and Clifton Park, died Sunday, October 2, 2005 at the Albany Medical Center after a long bout with lung disease. Born in Syracuse, N.Y., on January 15, 1940, he is the son of Duane LaFleche, of Rexford and formerly of Watervliet, and the late Ethel Bruce LaFleche, who died in 2002. Mr. LaFleche was raised in Watervliet and graduated from St. Patrick's Grammar School. He later graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in Albany on June 9, 1957 and Manhattan College on June 13, 1961. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving his country from August 1963 to August 1965. Mr. LaFleche was employed for over 34 years by the New York State Division of the Budget in Albany as a budget analyst and later as the deputy director of the office of management and productivity before retiring April 19, 1995. Mr. LaFleche enjoyed reading, writing, crossword puzzles, scrabble and poker. He also enjoyed having lunch or dinner at various restaurants in downtown Albany with friends and family including his favorites, the Bleecker, Amo LaBella and Barnaby's. He is the beloved father of Anthony M. LaFleche, Nicholas V. LaFleche and Marc J. LaFleche, all of Clifton Park; brother of Peter (Lana) LaFleche and David (Connie) LaFleche, both of Clifton Park; former husband of Barbara Joan Quackenbush LaFleche of Clifton Park. He is also survived by five nieces, five nephews, several cousins, several grandnieces and grandnephews; and many dear friends. Our family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff at Albany Medical Center for all the care and comfort they gave our dad both this summer and in the winter of 2002 with his bout with pneumonia. Our dad was always grateful for all the care he received and he and our family will always be grateful to them. Our family wishes everyone remember all the good times and memories that Vincent brought to everyone he met. The funeral will be Friday at 10 a.m. from the Parker Bros. When she moved to Kingston, MA, she worked part time at the Kingston Public Library in Kingston, MA. She enjoyed arts and crafts, knitting, reading, traveling and gardening. Donald W. Richard, 67, of Manchester died suddenly on October 1, 2005 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.Mr. Richard was born on January 1, 1938 in Manchester the son of the late Louis P. and Evelyn (Bellerose) Richard. He spent his career working as a truck driver, furnace repairman and custodian for the Bedford School System where he spent 10 joyful years. Richard’s hobbies and interests included playing video games, bowling as well as watching the sport on television, and swimming. He and his wife, Jeanne, loved to travel by car and plane. They particularly enjoyed spending time in Virginia and Florida where they frequently visited Disneyworld. In their earlier years, the couple used to square dance and are Charter Members of the Queen City Promenaders. Donald was also a past treasurer of the club. He was a cherished husband and father who adored his grandchildren.Family members include; his wife of 40 years, Jeanne M. (Trottier) Richard; one daughter, Darlene M. Chandonnet of Manchester; one son, Bruce D. Richard of Weare; three grandchildren; two brothers, Louis Richard of Bow and Roland Richard of Alexandria; one sister; Sandy Andreoli of VA; and several nieces and nephews.IN HIS LIFE: Richard had three grandchildren, Brian D. MELBOURNE, FL - Lt. Col. Ernest E. Rosseau, 84, of Melbourne, FL, died on October 1, 2005 in Palm Bay, FL. He taught in the Brevard County School System, after his retirement from the USAF, and came to Brevard Co. in 1968 from Massachusetts. He was a USAF veteran of W.W. II, and Korea, a teacher at Brevard Assn. for the Advancement of the Blind, the VFW, and was a graduate of Springfield College,and Columbia University. She was the Assistant Controller to the Vice President at Worcester County Institute for Savings, Worcester, MA where she worked for 27 years. She was a 1965 graduate of Gardner High School, Gardner, MA and graduated from Becker Junior College in 1967 where she majored in Accounting. She was a member of Holy Rosary Church, Gardner. She loved spending time outdoors, enjoyed nature and picnicking, and enjoyed being with her 2 nephews and her niece. She leaves one brother, Kenneth P. Therrien and his wife Carol; 2 nephews, Brian K, and David G. Therrien; and one niece Renee N. Therrien; all of Ellington, CT. She was born in Berlin, NH, on December 4, 1933, the daughter of the late Phillippe and Eva (Lagasse) Voisine. She graduated from Notre Dame in 1951. Graduated of Western, Ontario (Honours Bus Admin, 1939), Publisher and Editor of the Georgetown Herald (1940-1973), Member of St. Barnabas Anglican Church, St. Catharines, Probus Clu b, Branch 24 Royal Canadian Legion (army service 1942-1945). An avid bridge player, Walter was also very active community-minded individual during his many years in Georgetown. He was a member and secretary of the Lion's Club, Churchwarden and Men's Club President of St. George's Anglican Church, Town Council (3 terms), Secretary-Treasurer of the Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Georgetown Board of Education, and Board Member of the YM-YWCA. He was very attached to his family cottage at Inve rhuron Beach, Ontario and will be sadly missed by his many friends there as well as those in Georgetown and St. Catharines where he resided for the past 18 years. Eileen Duguay, 77 Eileen Duguay, of Mayfield Retirement Residence in Prescott, died at Brockville General Hospital on Sept. 23, 2005, at the age of 77. She was born on Jan. 29, 1928 in Montreal, Quebec to her parents Gilbert Mayers and Thelma Eileen Ahier. She married William Duguay on June 20, 1947 at Beauharnois, Quebec. A Mom and Nanny, Eileen's interests were her children, grandchildren and great granddaughter. She is survived by her husband Bill, her daughters Lynda Levere (Lawrence) or Cardinal and Judy Walasek (Adam) of Prescott, her sons Gary (Maureen) of Edmonton, Wayne (Margaret) of Halifax, Jeff (Betty) of Prescott, Jim (Debbie) of Metcalfe, Ron (Mary) of Edmonton, Peter (Tammy) of Pefferlaw and Paul of Brockville, 18 grandchildren and one great grandchild and her sister Verna Kelly (Cliff) of Victoria, B.C. CHICOPEE - Daniel C. Chouinard, 64, a lifelong resident of Chicopee passed away Monday at the Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. Born September 18, 1941 in Springfield to the late Louis and Dolores (LaFond) Chouinard, he was a graduate of the Chicopee Trade High School. Daniel worked for 15 years as the manager of the body shop at Menard and Holmberg. Mr. Chouinard leaves his devoted wife of 38 years, Gail (McDonald) Chouinard, his loving children, Ricky Chouinard of Ludlow, Jennifer Chouinard of Somerville, MA, and Danielle Chouinard of Chicopee. Daniel also leaves his beloved siblings, Phyllis Chouinard and Anita Jurkowski, both of Chicopee, two grandchildren, Michael and Brittany Blair, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Tony Chouinard, his brother, Jean Paul Chouinard, and sisters, Annette Kratovil and Dolores Pouliout. GORHAM - Carlton Earl Doucette, 76, of 141 Dingley Spring Road died Sunday, Oct. 2, 2005 at the Maine Veteran's Home in Scarborough. He was born in Cornish on March 20, 1929, a son of Joseph and Nora Thorne Doucette and attended local schools. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He married Doris Colby of Limington on June 27, 1952 in Sebago. They built a home in Gorham and raised their five children. He worked for the Weyer- haeuser Co. for 35 years retiring in 1990. He enjoyed fishing with his grandchildren, camping, and traveling. He loved going to the Fryeburg Fair with his wife. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Doris Doucette, who died in 2003. He was also predeceased by three brothers, Clinton, Richard, and Buster; and two sisters, Louise King and Mary Proctor. Surviving are three daughters, Linda Doucette of Steep Falls, Florence Cousins of Gorham, and Mary Low and her husband Jim of Gorham; two sons, David Doucette of Gorham, and Scott Doucette and his wife Melonie of Gorham; a brother, Phillip Doucette of Massachusetts; nine grandchildren, Susan, Tonya, Samantha, John, David, Robert, Justin, Andrew, and Zackery; and nine great-grandchildren, Brianna, Sawyer, Alex, Blake, Tyler, Deseray, Jenna, Keegan, and Jayden. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Oct. 7, at 6:30 p.m. at the York Funeral Chapel, 71 Maple St., Cornish. TAUNTON -- Jason P. Sorelle, 33, of New Bedford died unexpectedly Sunday, Oct. 2, 2005, at Morton Hospital. He was the husband of Anne M. (Parau) Sorelle; they were married six years. Born in New Bedford, he was the son of Susan (Coutinho) and Paul E. Sorelle of East Freetown. He lived in Freetown until he returned to New Bedford five years ago. He was a communicant of St. John Neumann Church, Freetown. He was a high school graduate and an arborist at Beaver Tree Co. Mr. Sorelle was a free spirit who enjoyed fishing and camping. He will be remembered for his huge heart and dedication to his family. Survivors include his widow; his parents; a son, Korey Sorelle of New Bedford; a daughter, Kyara Sorelle of New Bedford; two brothers, Aaron Sorelle of New Bedford and Nathan Sorelle of Fairhaven; an aunt and an uncle; a nephew; and several cousins. Gordon Andross, 61 Gordon Andross, a resident of St. Lawrence Lodge, died on Sept. 20, 2005 at Brockville General Hospital at the age of 61. Mylonopoulos, Panagiotis (Peter). 1933-2005. Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle, on October 4, 2005. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Ioanna Sklikas , his children Nicholas (Sophia Parhas) and Athanasia Sue (Denis Dionatos), his grandchildren Peter, Alexa and Elisabeth Maria. He also leaves to mourn his brother George and his sister Anna and their families, as well as many relatives and friends. Special thanks to his nurses, doctors and support staff from the Jewish General Hospital. The family will receive condolences at Urgel Bourgie, 1255 Beaumont, TMR, on Thursday, October 6, 2005 from 2 to 5 pm and from 7 to 9 pm.
