Edna Arsenault Lemay, age 94, of Milford, died Monday, August 29, 2005, in Cambridge Manor. Mrs. Lemay was born in Lawrence, Mass. and was a longtime area resident. She was a retired waitress for Art s Restaurant. She was predeceased by her husband, Alcide Lemay; her son, Richard Lemay; and her son-in-law, Paul Hartnett. Survivors include two daughters, Lorraine Hartnett, of Milford, and Evelyn (Jinny) and her husband, Louis Ruppe, of Tidusville, Fla.; nine grandchildren, Mark Hartnett, Paula Carralerro, David Ruppe, Dennis Ruppe, Lynn Powers, Michael Lemay, Sherri, Lemay and Denise Lemay; and 14 great-grandchildren, Paul, Thomas, Marc, Madison and Danielle Hartnett, Kelsie, Kaelyn and Noah Carralerro, Erika Corkin, Justine Ruppe, Alexis Barcomb, Kira, Kim and Michael Lane. NEW MILFORD, Conn. -- Eileen E. Provost, 85, of Warren died Monday, Aug. 29, 2005, at New Milford Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the widow of Alfred A. Provost. Born in New Bedford, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Helen Regan Donovan. Mrs. Provost graduated from Holy Family High School in New Bedford and was a communicant of St. Francis Xavier Church in New Milford. She and her late husband moved to New Milford in 1959, where they owned and operated the Family Bakery on East Street for 20 years before moving to Garden City, S.C., in 1979. Following the death of her husband, she returned to New Milford in 1991 and moved back to Warren in 1999. Survivors include three sons, Robert T. Provost of Saugerties, N.Y., Paul Provost of Newtown and Michael R. Provost of Ormond Beach, Fla.; six daughters, Dianne Tribo of Washington, W. Va., Theresa Meyer of Florence, S.C., Rosemary Quint of Warren, Elaine Sam of Danbury, Kathleen Bradley of South Engremont, Mass., and Elizabeth Coveman of Rome, Ga.; four sisters, Margaret Jorge of Mattapoisett, Mass., Jo Wojkonski of Rochester, Mass., Theresa Clarkin of Falmouth, Mass., and Pat Clarkin of Guilford; 29 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Joseph Leo Guay, 70 passed away on August 23, 2005 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, on August 23, 2005. He was born in Berlin and resided on Lancaster Street. He attended Angel Guardian School and Notre Dame High School, graduating in 1954. Mr. Guay worked at Brown Company until 1961 when he moved to East Hartford, CT, accepting a position at Pratt Whitney until 1971, then he was transferred by the company to Florida. He worked for thirty-six years until his retirement in 1997. He was a devoted husband and father who enjoyed his grandchildren. He also enjoyed traveling and fishing. He is survived by his loving wife of forty-nine years, Evelyn; his son, Paul Guay and, wife Heidi, daughter Diane Clodfelter and husband Steve, all of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; four grandchildren, Mandy Clodfelter of Myrtle Beach, South Caroline; Chris Clodfelter and Hayley and William Guay of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; brothers, Robert Guay and wife Rita of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Lawrence Guay and wife Yolande of Gorham, and Ernest Guay of East Port, Maine; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Florida Guay. Services were held in Florida on August 26. Final resting place will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Services will be held at a time to be determined later.

She was also an employee at Haven's Candies in Portland.She enjoyed gardening, being with her children, canoeing, exercising, camping, snowmobiling and being in the outdoors in general.On June 18, 2005, she married her beloved husband, Troy Daigle.She is survived by her husband, Troy Daigle of Limington; two daughters, Heather Keaten and Sarah Daigle; her father Alfred Keaten of West Baldwin; her mother, Dianne Monaghan of Windham; two brothers, Albert Keaten of Portland, and Charles Keaten of Windham; a sister, Stacy Keaten of Windham; three step-siblings, Lindsay Monaghan of Windham, Jodi Thompson of Auburn, and Christopher Monaghan of Windham; and many other relatives and friends.Visiting hours will be on Wednesday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, Rts. 202 and 4A in Buxton. CORNISH - Keith L. Martell, 57, of the Moody Road died unexpectedly in Acton on Aug. 28, 2005.He was born in Buxton on Jan. 3, 1948, a son of Fred and Elinor Gammon Martell and attended local schools.Keith was a hard worker his entire life. He was a machinist working for several shoe factories including the Alfred Footwear Company in Limerick for many years. Later, he worked for several years as a self-employed logger, using his own cattle in the woods. He ran his own excavating company and contracted the snow plowing for several years in Limington. Most recently, he did sweeping and mowing for the State of Maine. Among his many hobbies, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and pulling cattle at the area agricultural fairs. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his loving family and friends.He was predeceased by a brother, Lloyd Martell, and an infant son.Surviving are a son, Brian Martell of Limington; two daughters, Michelle Day and her husband Jeffrey of Limington, and Cherie Eastman and her husband Tim of Limington; a brother, Wayne Martell and his wife Rita of Limington; two sisters, Marie Doucette and her husband Lawrence of Wells, and Paula Crenner and her husband Dennis of Newfield; and six grandchildren. He was well-known for his photography and had a great love of his constant companion, his dog, Chelsea. Émilien Landry (1939-2005) l'Acadie Nouvelle - 30 août 2005 MALTEMPEC - À l’Hôpital de Tracadie-Sheila, le dimanche 28 août 2005, à l’âge de 65 ans, est décédé après une courageuse lutte contre le cancer Émilien Landry, époux de Thérèse St-Pierre, domicilié à Maltempec. Né le 18 octobre 1939, il était fils de feu Camille Landry et de feu Annie Landry. Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil deux filles: Mireille (Raynald Losier) de Saint-Isidore et Gilberte (Laurie Duguay) de Duguayville; trois fils: Marcel (Suzanne Kenny) de Pokemouche, Michel (Pearl Thibodeau) de Landry Office et Pierre (Chantal Breeze) de Maltempec; six soeurs: Estelle (Maurice Gallant) de Campbellton, Jeannine (Adélard Landry) de Pokemouche, Lucie (Clovain LeBouthillier) de Saint-Simon, Elizabeth (Léonard Landry) de Saint-Louis-de-Kent, Ida de Maltempec et Rita (Raymond Cormier) d’Alberta; un frère, Ludger (Rosaline Nowlan) de Maltempec; cinq petits-enfants adorés: Mélanie, François, Louise, Sophie et Samuel; de même que les enfants de la conjointe de son fils Marcel: Rachel et Steven; sa belle-mère, Théotiste Landry de la Villa Saint-Michel d’Inkerman; deux filleules: Rita et Marie, ainsi que plusieurs oncles, tantes, cousins, cousines, beaux-frères, belles-soeurs, neveux et nièces. Deux soeurs: Jeannette et Marie en bas âge, ainsi qu’un filleul, Augustin, l’ont précédé dans la tombe. Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Immaculée-Conception de Pokemouche, le mercredi 31 août, à 16h. L’inhumation se fera au cimetière paroissial.
