Safely in the Arms of Jesus, after a brief struggle with cancer. At the Ottawa General Hospital on Saturday March 30th 2002, in her 23rd year. Beloved daughter of Ross and Muriel (nee MacIntosh). Loving granddaughter of Betty and the late Peter Ayling and Winona and the late Lloyd MacIntosh. Dear sister of Jennifer (Mrs. Peter Reist), Heather (Mrs. Jeremy Langdon) and Sarah (Mrs. Robert Roberts). Beloved friend to James Swanson. Loving aunt to Luke, Peter and Abigail; and niece to Denny Ayling, Marlene MacIntosh, Angus MacIntosh, Linda Carey, Bonnie MacDonald and Neil MacIntosh. Bulechowsky: John N (Yankee) 1932 - 2002 John passed away of natural causes on March 25, 2002 at the Drumheller Hospital. He was born in Rosedale and remained a lifetime resident of the Valley. John will be deeply missed by his children: Randy-Reb (Wendy), John-Couter (Weltha), Glen (Darlene), Cathy, Shane, Tammy (John), Holly (Randy), Shawn (Cynthia); his brothers Alex (Nellie), Fred; sister-in-law Ita; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. His mother Katherine, father Sandy and his brother Billy predeceased John. John went to school in Rosedale and took part in various sports. He played hockey for a Drumheller team. He married Doloris Faye in 1952. He worked at the Tipple Mine, the Department of Highways and Standard General as a paver operator. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2002 at Courtney-Winter's Funeral Chapel at 11:00 a.m. A luncheon will follow at the Rosedale Community Hall. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to S.T.A.R.S., Calgary Children's Hospital or The Drumheller Area Health Foundation (Re: Cat Scan). Christensen: Ross Jorgen Christensen of Drumheller passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2002 at the age of 58. Ross is lovingly remembered by his children, his son Nathan (Alyssa) of Drumheller, his daughters Janine (Dave) Frere of Trochu and Lorie Schultz of Calgary; his 6 grandchildren Kody and Brooklyn Christensen, Jordan Frere, and Amanda, Destiny, and Deserae Schultz and; by his mother Betty Christensen of Drumheller; by his brothers Dick (Dianne) of Drumheller and Harley (Marilyn) of Drumheller; by his sisters Margaret (Terry) Guta of Calgary and Penny (Mark) Hansen of Drumheller; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Ross was predeceased by his wife Velma and his father Chris. A Memorial Service was held at Courtney-Winter's Funeral Chapel on Friday, March 8, 2002 at 2:00 pm with the Reverend Mac Jones presiding. Morrow: Mr. Donald Charles Morrow of Drumheller, Alberta passed away at the Drumheller Hospital on Thursday, March 21st, 2002 at the age of seventy years. Don was the eldest son born to Nelles and Lydia Morrow on September 27, 1931 in Calgary, Alberta. He was predeceased by his father Nelles in 1976 and his mother Lydia in 1982 and one son in law, Robert Coad in 1999. He lived in the Drumheller and Michichi area for most of his life, except for when he joined the army in 1950 - 1951 and served with the PPCLI in Korea. he was wounded and sent home. He then went farming for the next forty five and retired in Drumheller in 1999. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion for 27 years and served on the Excecutive. He is survived by his loving wife Alda; daughter Colleen Adair and her three children; daughter Kathy and Bernard Hipple and one child; daughter Diane and Rick Woodward and their four children and daughter Janet Morrow, all of Edmonton Alberta; daughter Roberta and Gerry Cook and their four children of Binscarth, Manitoba; son Bob and Margaret Lee of Chilliwack, B.C.; daughter Debra Gilroy and her three children of Drumheller; daughter Tari Coad and two children of Calgary; son David and Lisa Lee and their four children of Drumheller and son Edward Lee of Calgary; his brother Ken and Donna Morrow and their four children and his aunt Mary Fergusen of Calgary, Alberta; plus numerous nieces and nephews and 21 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral service was held Tuesday, March 27th, 20002 at 2:00 p.m., Knox United Church. Internment followed at the Drumheller Cemetery. Courtney-Winter's were in charge of arrangement

Major:: Idella Marie Major was born in Saskatoon on January 27, 1917, and passed away in Edmonton on March 7, 2002. She was married to John Major and resided in Drumheller where she was employed in the nursing profession with the Drumheller General Hospital. Upon retirement in 1972, they moved to Medicine Hat and following the passing of her husband in 1976, Idella moved to Edmonton. Idella will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Marguerite (John) Dykun of Edmonton; two grandchildren, Lane Dykun of Edmonton and Sherri (Gary) Zimmermann and two great-grandchildren, Kiersten and Analea, all of Sherwood Park; two sisters and one brother, Agnes Gyte of Edmonton, Ann Krekoski of Westlock and Frank Chodoroski of Morinville; also numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters Olga and Helen. Cremation in the Park Memorial Crematorium in Edmonton.

(nee Charlebois) Of Wilmot, Nova Scotia passed away quietly at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton on March 25, 2002, after a long illness at the age of 82. Born in Ottawa, she served in the Royal Canadian Air Force Signals Corps during World War II during which time she met and married Allan T. Sabean of Halifax. A past president of the Saint Mary's Ladies Auxiliary, she was a founding member and past president of the Saint Mary's University Faculty Women's Association. She was a member of the Middleton chapter of the I.O.D.E. and a 50-year member of the Catholic Women's League. She taught French at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Halifax for many years. In her retirement she was, for a time, chairman of the Parish Council at Saint Monica's Catholic Church in Middleton and was instrumental in facilitating major renovations to the church. She also taught Sunday School in the parish and volunteered at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital. She was predeceased by an infant daughter, Madelene, and her parents, husband, sister and eight brothers. She is survived, and will be greatly missed, by her sons Brent (Carol) of Ottawa and Chris of Wilmot, daughters Marjorie (Jerry) Dodson of Halifax and Eleanor (Peter) Walsh of Oakland, Maine, six grandchildren, Andrea, Jenn, Bret, Allan, Emma, and Max, and her brother Rene (Aline) Charlebois of Ottawa. Windsor (RC) - C'est le 21 mars dernier qu'est décédée Mme Aurore Bolduc à l'âge de 90 ans. Durant plus de 40 ans, cette femme bien connue à Windsor et en région a oeuvré comme secrétaire et trésorière pour les assureurs Lagassé et Rousseau, pour la Ville de Windsor et la Commission scolaire. Décès de Mme Aurore Bolduc En 1951, le décès de l'un de ses deux patrons, le notaire J.A. Lagassé, qui agissait également comme secrétaire-trésorier à la Ville de Windsor et au Canton de Windsor, amènera Mme Bolduc à succéder au notaire Lagassé. Dans son livre Histoire de Windsor, Guy Moreau note que Mme Bolduc était alors «la seule femme au Québec (et peut-être au Canada) à occuper cette fonction». C'est toutefois au sein de la Commission scolaire que la dame travaillera durant de longues années. Bruno «Meno» Lavoie se rappelle cependant que durant une certaine période, elle agissait à la fois dans le domaine des assurances, de l'administration municipale et du secteur scolaire. Fille de feu Honoré Bolduc et de feu Amanda Morency, Mme Aurore Bolduc était la soeur de l'ex-maire de la Ville de Windsor, Théophile Bolduc. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses deux soeurs, Lucille et Thérèse. Ces funérailles ont été célébrées le lundi 25 mars en l'église St-Philippe.,
