Most beloved and precious papa to Jessica, Aiden, and Brandon Ennis. Dear brother of Judy (Howard) Farrell, Nancy (Bill) McNicol, Gordon (Genny) and Gary (Bonnie). McAULIFFE, Anne Francis Anne Francis McAuliffe passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2008 in the Red Deer Hospital at the age of 91. Anne was predeceased by her husband Tom, July 25, 1993, their son Jerry, May 24, 1957, her parents John and Jean Marshall, brothers Mike and Art, sisters Violet and Jean and god-son Brian Robertson. She is survived by her brother Carl (Florence), her sisters Mary Long, Edith Larson, Irene McKay, Kay Robertson, Lorraine (Ken) Cooney, Josie Roline, Elsie Limpert and sister-in-law Maude Marshall. She is also survived by seven god-children, Jim Hunter, Stan Marshall, Gail Tesorio, Patty Blocksom, Vicky Davidson, David Limpert, Mary Ellen Herzog as well as numerous nieces and nephew. Prayer Service will be held Monday, September 1, 7:00 p.m. at St. George's Catholic Church in Hanna. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, September 2, at 11:00 a.m. from St. George's Catholic Church with Interment to follow in the Delia Cemetery. Luncheon will be served in the Delia community hall following the Interment. MARK NOBLE 1967 - 2008 The family and friends of Mark Noble wish to honor his passing with this small commemoration to his life and his works. Mark moved to Calgary from Houston, Texas and met the love of his life, Sue Blanchard. After a beautiful courtship, Mark, ever the romantic, proposed marriage at a castle in Britain. They were married in April of 2002 in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by their loving families and friends. Sue and Mark made their home in Calgary and loved the house they bought in Kensington. In July of 2005, they were blessed with a beautiful son, Hadrian. Hadrian was the joy of Mark's life and he was so proud of every little thing his son did. Sue was and is a wonderful mother who dedicates all her waking moments to the care and nurturing of her son. Chuck and Lorraine Blanchard, the parents of Sue, were more than happy to welcome Mark into their life and were very proud of Mark's integrity and his commitment to his family. Chuck and Mark worked together for two months to build a new deck on their house that was, in Mark's words, "an engineering marvel". Lorraine loves her little grandson "Hadie" and spends many joyful hours taking care of him and watching him grow. Mark will be missed by all of us. He is survived by his wife Sue and son Hadrian and his mother, Eileen, and sister, Mary. Lorraine and Chuck, his mother and father-in-law, will miss him terribly as well. Nothing we can say or do will ever bring him back, but it is our hope that Mark will always be remembered as the fine, sensitive person he was. DION, Rosemary (nee Joyce) - After a courageous battle with cancer, Rosemary slipped away peacefully with her family by her side August 29th, at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Dear wife of Eduard Dion, Rosemary leave behind 5 daughters; Susan Slade of Lindsay, Barb Spence and Wayne of Omemee, Rose Dion Cutting and Jim of Saugeen Shores, Brenda Dion and Bryan Craven of Whitehorse, Joanne Love and Ian, of Whitehorse, and her only son, Edward Dion, of Stouffville. She will also be missed by her 25 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Rosemary was predeceased by her daughter Janette Lauzon, her parents Joseph Joyce and Lillian Wigmore, her sisters Eleanor Littler and Helen Beeston, her brother Bud Joyce and her grandson Jason Slade. Rosemary's calling in life was caring for her children and in addition to raising 7 of her own; she was a life-long foster parent with several Children's Aid Societies as well as the owner and director of Seseme Street Nursery School in Omemee. Rosemary was a loving, giving devoted wife, mother, sister, foster parent and child care provider. She has touched and changed the lives of so many children and their families over the years and will be sadly missed. At her request, Rosemary will be resting at the family home at 326 Sunset Blvd, Peterborough. Friends and family will be received from 2-4pm and 7-9pm (prayers at 6:45pm) on Monday September 1st. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday September 2nd at St. Anne's Parish, 859 Barnardo Avenue, Peterborough at 11 am Fr. Christopher Reynolds officiating. Interment will follow at the Rosemount Memorial Gardens. After interment the family invites you to a celebration of Rosemary's life at St. Anne's Church Hall. DONER, Edgar Duff - Sadly, after a valiant and courageous battle with prostate cancer, Ed in his 79th year, peacefully passed away on August 26th, 2008 at Belleville General Hospital. Ed will be greatly missed by his best friend and wife of 53 years, Barbara (nee Williams), his daughter Nancy (Bob), his son Peter (Leslie) and his pre-deceased daughter Jane (Allan). Dan, Katherine, Jessica, Andrew, Samantha, Zachary and Macgill were fortunate enough to have such a caring and loving Grandpa. Ed is pre- deceased by his sisters Betty and June, and survived by his brother Rob and his loving sister-in-law Roberta. His wry sense of humour, his passion for crosswords, his zeal for bridge, the family gatherings at the cottage reflected but a few facets of his enjoyment of life. BERENGUER, George February 16, 1920 - August 29, 2008 Surrounded by his family, George passed away on Friday, August 29, 2008 at the age of 88 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Joe (Ana Vitoria) and Ed (Dora) Berenguer. Also mourning his loss are his grandchildren; Suzette (Glenn) Reid, Brian Berenguer, Sara (Richard) Paisley, Ken (Patricia) Berenguer, and his two great-grandsons, Caleb and Oliver. George was predeceased by his wife Maria Julia on July 7, 2008.
