KERFOOT, Arnold July 30th, 1931 - November 10th, 2007 Love does not end with dying, or leave with the last breath... It is with extremely heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Arnold (Arnie) Kerfoot at home with his family by his side, after a determined and courageous three year battle with mesothelioma. Arnie will be sadly missed but forever loved by his devoted and patient wife June (Hutchings). Cherished father of Keith (Christina), Sharon (Rob) Drynan of Smiths Falls, Barb (Jim) Ryan of Pakenham, Jim (Joyce Levya) of Enniskerry, and Steve (Vickie) of Carlsbad Springs. Adored grandfather of Tyler, Cynthia (Jon) Hull and Curtis Kerfoot, Leslie, Bobby and Matthew Drynan, Shawn, Brad, Laura, Craig and Colin Ryan, Mike Levya, Stuart and Emilie Wilcox. Lovingly remembered by siblings Reta (Joe) Warwick of British-Columbia, Jack (Violet), Ruth (Jack) Cameron, Clarence (Leita), all of Smiths Falls and Stan (Norma), Robert (Jean) of Ottawa and sister-in-law Della Kerfoot of Alberta and brother-in-law Len Miles of Kemptville. Arnie will be tremendously missed by the Hutchings family, his numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and his many good friends. Predeceased by parents Roy and Minnie Kerfoot, brother Bill and sister Joyce. Arnie will be remembered for his strength and determination in spite of his illness and his relentless giving of time, love and energy to help anyone in need. He will be forever remembered as a caring father, husband and grandfather, and an honourable, hardworking, intelligent and independent man with a wonderful sense of humour who has been an inspiration to all who have known him. The family wishes to aknowledge and thank Dr. Laurie for his genuine and personable rapport. Special thanks to Dr. Coulombe for guiding Arnie and his family through a difficult time.
