STICKLEY, Kiyoko (nee Matsubara) Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on May 15th, 2007 in her 74th year. Beloved wife of Joseph. Loving mother of Raymond (Brenda), Carl, Charles (Debora), and Paul (Leigh). Preceded in death by her daughter Eilene. Grandmother of Christopher, Michael (Michelle), Derek (Brianne), Laurie (Matthew), Nicole, Jesse, Virginia, Cheryl, Michelle, Jeremy, James, Angela, Lloyd, Victoria, Daniel, and Kathyann. Great grandmother to Cadence, Hallie, Destiny, Justin, Jenna, Jason, Eli, and Amilya. She will be dearly missed and will remain forever in our hearts. She was much loved and will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Mitchell, Mackenzie and Megan. She will be grieved by many friends and family including her brothers Claude and Jules, and her sisters, Therese, Marguerite, Madeleine, Pauline and Louise-Andree. Predeceased by her parents Louise Corneillier and Jules Renaud. She will be remembered by her stamina, creativity, beautiful singing voice and generous heart. WRIGHT, Dorothy Elizabeth (nee Fraser) 1921 - 2007 Loving wife of Harold (Lieutenant-Colonel retired) and dear mother of Kevin (Margaret) and grandmother of Fraser of Calgary, Alberta. Dorothy passed away peacefully at Park Place Retirement Residence on May 15, 2007. She is survived by sister Marion Merkel of Broadview, Saskatchewan and predeceased by her parents Russell Fraser and Florence (Kirk) Fraser, by brothers Earl Fraser and Ivan Mason, by sisters Evelyn Sine and Florence Manuel, and by her son, Keith. McGEE, Neil Joseph - Neil McGee passed quietly with his family by his side at age 83, on Sunday, May 13 at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie. Born in Scotland, the youngest of 13 children, Neil grew up in Hamilton, Ontario where he could be found instructing at the YMCA, or playing “Junior A“ hockey. During WW II, he dutifully served his country with the Royal Canadian Air Force in Bomber Command as a wireless/airgunner stationed in England. After the war, he attended McMaster University and married the love of his life, Phyllis Salmond, in 1950. He rejoined the RCAF and was stationed in Ottawa, Toronto, Burbank California, Winnipeg and Base Borden before retiring from service in 1972. The family moved to Barrie and he became a social worker for the Simcoe County Children's Aid Society. As a member of the Barrie community, Neil could be found swimming at the YMCA or at the Allandale Rec Centre, or taking on the role of interviewer for local TV programs at Cable 10. Above all, Neil McGee was a family man. He leaves behind his loving wife of 56 years, Phyllis, as well as six happy children and eight happy grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by children Glen, Peter, Patricia, Leslie, Phill and John; by family members Lilia, Steve and Hannah in Burnaby, B.C.; Charlie, Charlie Jr. and Alex in Oil Springs, Ont.; Phil, Jordan and Sarah in Golden, B.C.; and Mary, Connor and Quinlan in Peterborough, Ont.; and by his brother John of Lethbridge, Alberta. “All men's time comes to a close. She is survived by two sons, Wilbert Foster of Timmins and Jack Foster of Oakville. She was predeceased by her son Hillard Arthrell of Kirkland Lake. She leaves as well her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, her sister-in-law, Mrs. Victoria Walsh, and her many special nephews and nieces. She was born in Nova Scotia in 1901, and moved to Northeastern Ontario in 1921, spending time between Kirkland Lake and Timmins before settling in Timmins in 1934. Through hard work, determination and faith she provided support and love to her children and their families, as well as to her five brothers and sisters and their children and families. She will be remembered as an exceptional care-giver, helping and supporting her loved ones through moments of both great joy and great sorrow. Whenever asked to explain her longevity, she always credited hard work, her faith in God, and the love of her family. A service to honour and celebrate her life will be held on Friday May 18, 2007 at 12 p.m. (noon) in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. HEINBUCH, Bettie - It is with deep sadness in our hearts and many long cherished memories that our family announces the passing of Bettie Joan Heinbuch in her 72nd year. Bettie passed away peacefully after a courageous, but short illness at the Bluewater Health Centre, Sarnia on Tuesday May 15, 2007. Born in Stratford, Ont, Bettie was the daughter of Herbert George and Edna Louise (Herman) Kohlmeier. Bettie was predeceased by beloved husband Glenn (June 8, 2004). Harold Flemming 2007-2007 Harold Flemming, 73, of Saint-Antoine, NB, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2007 at The Moncton Hospital following a sudden illness. Born May 14, 1934 in Halifax, NS, he was the son of the late Augustus R. and Annie Blanche(Flemming) Flemming. Harold retired in 1963 from the Department of National Defence, and as warehouse manager for Modern Warehousing until 1995. He was also a past member of the Moncton Rotary Club. He is survived by his loving family; wife Claudette (St-Laurent) Flemming, a daughter Julie LeBlanc (Michel) of Saint-Antoine, a son Michael (Kathy) of Moncton; two sisters: Muriel Greenwood of New York State, and Helen Flemming of Ketch Harbour, N.S.; three grandchildren: Melanie LeBlanc, Kerrie and Kristie Flemming; two great grandchildren: Kayla Greening and Tristin Flemming, and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters and brothers: Cyril, Mary, Doris, Roy, Alan, George and Donald. The family will receive condolences Monday May 21, 2007 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). A funeral mass will be will be held at St. Peters Church, Halifax, NS, Saturday, May 28, 2007 at 1 p.m.. Memorial donations to the NB Heart and Stoke Foundation would be appreciated.
