Il fit ses premiers voeux le 21 juillet 1938 et il a été ordonné prêtre le 19 juin 1943. Il a oeuvré comme missionnaire au vica-riat du Mackenzie, puis dans l'est du pays, en diverses paroisses et hôpitaux. TRYTHALL, ELIZABETH MCBRIDE The death of Elizabeth McBride (McIntosh) Trythall of Fredericton, NB, occurred peacefully Tuesday, April 4th, 2006 at Pine Grove Nursing Home. Born February 27th, 1915 in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, she was the youngest daughter of the late William and Catherine (Deans) McIntosh and wife of the late Arthur Francis Trythall. Fredericton, NB, became Elizabeth's home after emigrating from Great Britain with her late husband and family. She worked for many years at the Victoria Public Hospital and Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital as a communications clerk. She was a member of the Victor Hathaway Chapter IODE and had a great passion for music and the arts. Elizabeth's fondest memories came from spending time with her family and close friends. Lovingly remembered by daughters, Janet Young (Edward) of Fredericton, NB, Cecilia Dennis (Jerome) of Riverview, NB; three grandchildren, Graeme Young (Margaret) of Halifax, NS, Hilary Fisher (Michael) of Lower Coverdale, NB, and Aaron Dennis (Tania) of Ottawa, ON; two great grandchildren, Ellie and Aidan Fisher and several nieces and nephews residing in Great Britain. GREILACH Fred 1929 - 2006 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Fred Greilach of Calgary on Friday, April 21, 2006, after a brave battle with cancer at the age of 76 years. Fred was the beloved husband of Mrs. Edie Greilach of Calgary; loving father to Denise Seabrook and Tara (Ken) Nelson; grandfather to Mandy and Chad Seabrook, Blake and Kailey Nelson, and a new baby on the way. Fred was born in Mellowdale, AB on July 28, 1929. He moved and settled in Calgary at the age of eighteen years; entering into the Seismic Industry. In November of 1968, Fred and Edie were married. Fred was employed with Century Geophysical for thirty years; then joining Grant Geophysical for nine years. With years of experience behind him, he began his own geophysical company of which he retired in 2000. He will forever be remembered as a hard-working, respected member of his industry. Fred had many joys in life; he thoroughly enjoyed his retirement by golfing, curling, playing cards, gardening, and watching his favourite sports teams, the Oilers and the Eskimos. Fred especially cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren. Fred is also survived by his brothers, Carl (Ada), and Steve; sister Sue (Karl) Wahl, all of Barhead, AB, and Kay, of Calgary; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and sister-in-law Florence Greilach. DUNNIGAN Craig Robert 1968 - 2006 Craig Dunnigan, beloved father of Danielle and Brandin Anderson, passed away on April 20, 2006 at Foothills Hospital in Calgary, Alberta. He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, John and Nancy Dunnigan of Richmond, B.C.; his brothers, David, Richard and Larry Dunnigan; his sister-in-law Kim Dunnigan and niece Teresa; Richard's partner Lenora and her son Alex; Larry's partner Tom Cope; the mother of his children, Tammy Anderson; and many dear friends and colleagues. Craig was a noted musician in the Calgary area, a member of the bands Broken Toyz and Rumble Strip, who touched many people with his talent and love of music, his kindness and compassion, and his joy in life. He loved his children dearly, and cherished every moment they spent together. Craig was also a part-time student at the University of Calgary where he excelled in mathematics. His sadly unfulfilled dream was to become a high school math teacher, although music would have always remained a valued part of his life. Shirley Gertrude Welsh (née Beech) July 06, 1935 - April 21, 2006 Funeral arrangements by Sands Funeral Chapel (Duncan) Suddenly on April 21, 2006, at the age of 70, our much beloved wife, mother and grandmother died at the Cowichan District Hospital. Shirley was predeceased by her parents, and is survived by her loving husband Norman Welsh, her children Nicholas (Joan) of Edmonton, Alberta; Jennifer (Stephane Legare) of Ottawa, Ontario; Christopher of Vancouver, British Columbia; and by four grandchildren who she loved deeply and will miss her, William and Katherine of Edmonton, Tatiana and Zachary of Ottawa. Shirley was born and raised in the east end of London by her mother after her father died at an early age. Like many children her age she was evacuated during the war, an experience that she remembered all of her life. Moving to Canada in the 1950’s, she sought and found the life she wanted for her family. Shirley loved music, the theatre and all of the many cats she cared for and were privileged to know her during her life. She truly believed that unless she heard some music and singing, you really weren’t having a good time. OBITUARY STAINTON ANDREW CUNNINGHAM Formerly of Montreal, passed away on Sunday April 23, 2006 at home in Mississauga, at the age of eighty-two. Beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Cain) for fifty-four years. Loving father of Pat, Jim (Teresa) and Carol (Philip). Cherished grandfather of Erin, Devin, David and Daniel. Dear brother of Grant (Maude) and brother-in-law of Margaret (Guy). Will also be missed by extended family members Connie, Jeff, Rebecca and Timothy. Thanks to the many friends and caregivers who gave comfort and support. Throughout his life Andy was an active church and choir member, an avid historian, military modeller, museum curator, puzzle and game player extraordinaire with his grandchildren. He was a King Scout, Knight of Tamara and a veteran of World War II. Andy was involved with St. John the Divine, 1st Mount Bruno and Trinity Rosemount Scout groups, the Verdun Cadet Corp. and the Canadian Grenadier Guards. His involvement at Camp Tamaracouta was extensive - from his first two weeks at camp as a youth member in 1937, to becoming a Knight in Tamara in 1941, to working on staff in the 1940s following the war, to bringing up kids with 1st Mount Bruno Troop in the early 1960s and with the Trinity Rosemount Troop in the 1990s, and finally to working with the Red Moose Rover crew (2000-2005) in their work at restoring the Tamaracouta Chapel and rifle range. Remembered fondly by many as Mr. C. Captain Cunningham or simply as Andy. His greatest joy was spending summers at Beavens Lake with family and friends and being outdoors. His spirit lives on in his family, as does his love for Beavens Lake. Funeral Service will be held at Eden United Church, 3051 Battleford Road (at Winston Churchill), Mississauga, on Tuesday April 25, 2006 at 11 a.m., with visitation beginning at the church at 10 a.m. Private cremation to follow.
