Georgianna Bienvenue, 95, of Manchester, died Oct. 17, 2005, in the Hanover Hill Healthcare Center in Manchester. Mrs. Bienvenue was born in Derry on Feb. 9, 1910, a daughter of the late James and Anastasia (Vomoris) Niarchos. Prior to moving to Manchester five years ago, she resided in Derry. She was employed as a shoeworker for Klev-Bro Shoe Co. in Derry, as well as at several other area shoe companies. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, crafts, crocheting, knitting, and tatting. She was a communicant of St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Derry. She is survived by her daughter, Claire Eddy and husband, Robert, of Chester; one granddaughter, Sharon Attalla and husband, Dennis, of Chester; and one niece, Tina Tingley of Portsmouth. She was predeceased by her husband, Emile J. Bienvenue, who died in 1996. ARRANGEMENTS: A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, Oct. 21, 2005, at 10 a.m. in the St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 26 Crystal Ave., Derry. Danny Perrault, 38, Green Bay, died unexpectedly Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2005, in a Madison hospital. Born on Feb. 27, 1967, in Green Bay, he is the son of the late George Louis and Mae Mary (Pleau) Perrault. Danny had worked in the laundry department at St. Vincent Hospital and most recently in the kitchen at Aurora BayCare. PETIT, LUCIEN G., 85, Hollowridge Drive, Orange City, died October 18, 2005 in Orlando. Born in Fall River, MA he moved to this area in 1980 from MA. He retired as plant manager of the Bureau of Aeronautics & Detachment 25 of U.S. Air Corps. An Air Force veteran of WWII he served as a flight officer, bombadier, navigator and runner with the Army Air Corps in England. He was a member of OSS Air Army 492nd Bomb Group (known as Carpetbaggers). He was a life member of V.F.W. in DeBary. He enjoyed golf and sailing. Survived by his wife of 23 years, Marion (Penny) Petit, Orange City; daughter, Janice of Moodus, CT; son, John (Dianne) Petit of Orlando; brothers, Charles Petit of Swansea, MA and Alfred Petit of Vero Beach, and sister, Gertrude Eddelman of Hillsboro, OR; one grandson; many nieces and nephews. Raphael (Ray) J. Richard, a retired telegraph operator of Southern Pacific Railroad and a Veteran of the US Army, age 76 years, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at West Jefferson Medical Center. Beloved husband of the late Lois Comardelle Richard. Father of Vicki Richard Savoie, Glen Richard and Daryl Richard and father-in-law of Christian Savoie. Grandfather of Daryl Richard, Jr., Jessica Paige Savoie, Jorian Aucoin and little Glen Richard. Brother of Sylvan Richard, Russell Richard, Mercy Richard Paternostro, Newton Richard and the late Hubert Richard. Brother-in-law of Mildred Comardelle, Alice Randazzo, the late Laura Taylor, Beulah DeSalvo and Harry Comardelle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was a native of Ville Platte, LA and resided in Bridge City, LA for the past 56 years. GORHAM - Dorothy R. Cutter, 89, of 690 Main St., died Thursday Oct. 20, 2005 at the Gorham House. She was born in Westbrook, a daughter of Alfred and Rose Gagnon Rousseau. She was raised, educated and lived most of her life in Westbrook, before moving to Gorham 30 years ago. She was employed by the Dana Warp Mill, the S.D. Warren Co., the Sanders Corp., and sold Stanley Home products. Dorothy was a communicant of St. Anne's Church, a member of the Daughters of Isabella, she was a volunteer for the Church's weekly meals and had knitted over 500 pairs of mittens, afghans and hats for the Church bazaar. She was an avid supporter of her children and grandchildren's sporting events. She enjoyed, knitting, card playing and an avid Skipbo player. Her husband, Benjamen Clifford Cutter, died in 1998. She is survived by three sons, Wayne and wife Virginia Cutter of Muskegon, Mich., Warren and late wife Venita Cutter, and Erland and wife Judy Cutter, both of Westbrook; eight grandchildren, Christopher Cutter, Cathleen Morefield, Kristen Piela, Celeste Wareham, Mark Cutter, Benjamen, Andrew and Megan Cutter; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Albert Rousseau of Westbrook, and Robert Rousseau of Florida. Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Anne's Church, Gorham. Interment will be in St. Hyacinth Cemetery. AUBURN - Fernande "Fern" Sutton Bazinet, 82, a resident of Schooner Estates, Seville Place and previously of Oak Park Apartments in Lewiston, passed away on Oct. 19.She was born May 1, 1923, in Lewiston, the youngest daughter of Joseph and Angelina Sutton.She married her high school sweetheart Laurier "Larry" Bazinet on July 15, 1946, and together they had two sons and a daughter. She was a loving spouse and mother who was very active in her children's lives as well as in the community.She was an active member of the St. Joseph's Church Queens Guild, the St. Joseph's School PTA and a Cub Scout den mother for several years.She was co-owner of the family business with her husband, Larry, that later became The Vac Shak. She loved her job working as a manager of the St. Vincent de Paul thrift shop and also enjoyed working the voting polls in Lewiston.While living at Oak Park, she served as a president of the Oak Park Association. She was an active member of St. Patrick's Church and church fair. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, doing crafts and traveling. She especially enjoyed spending her winters in Sun City Center, Fla., which she did with Larry for 12 years.She is survived by her husband of 59 years; her two sons, John of Guatemala City, Guatemala, and Gary and his wife, Karen, of Poland Spring; her daughter, Nancy and her husband, Philip St. Pierre, of Lewiston; four grandchildren, Rebecca and Gregory Bazinet, Shari and her husband, Jason Cloutier, and Kathleen and her husband, Steven Caron; one great-grandson, Benjamin Cloutier; one sister, Rita Beliveau; and one sister-in-law, Agathe Sutton.She was predeceased by 10 brothers and sisters.

HUGHES, Charles "Peter" Peacefully at the Victoria Campus (London Health Sciences) with his family by his side, on Tuesday, October 18th, 2005, Mr. Charles "Peter" Hughes of Hickory Hills, Tillsonburg formerly Sudbury in his 78th year. Born in Toronto, April 25th, 1928 son of the late Charles & Cecily Hughes both of England. Resident of Hickory Hills, Tillsonburg since 1995. Peter Hughes was retired director of administration for the Sudbury & District Health Unit. Proud and dedicated member of the Tillsonburg Probus Club, Tillsonburg Curling Club and the Tillsonburg Golf & Country Club. Beloved husband and best friend of 37 years of Gloria (Auger) Hughes. MORIN, Victoria C. (Yanick) 88, of Marstons Mills, died October 19, 2005 at Harborside Healthcare in Mashpee after a short illness. She was the wife of Nelson H. Morin who died in 2000. They were married for 61 years. Mrs. Morin was born in Woonsocket, RI and lived most of her life in Millville, MA. Since her husband’s retirement, she and her husband divided their time between Florida and Marstons Mills where they enjoyed golf, boating and travel. She was a member of Countryside Country Club in Clearwater, Timber Greens Golf Club in New Port Richey and the Olde Barnstable Fairgrounds Golf Course in Marstons Mills. Since 2003 she has been a resident of Harbor Point Assisted Living in Centerville. Devoted to her family, she is survived by one daughter, Barbara M. Lynch of Marstons Mills and one son, Richard N. and his wife, Judith of Cottage Grove, MN.; three grandsons, Michael of Cottage Grove and Peter and Robert of Sarasota, FL. She is also survived by one sister, Amelia Lavergne of Millville and several nieces and nephews. There are no calling hours. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Jack Robichaud, 55, died Saturday, October 8th in Bellingham, WA surrounded by family. Jack formerly lived in Whitefish Bay and Shorewood before moving to Delafield. After attending UW-Eau Claire, Jack lived and worked in Germany, Nigeria and Italy. He is survived by his wife Christine and their son Anthony, 13, of Assisi, Italy; sister Anne (Pino Algna) and her children in Assisi; brothers Doug (Kathy) of Mazomanie and Tom in Madison, brother Jim in Pewaukee and brother Bill and his daughter in Vientiane, Laos. Laura Borne Breaux, 102, of Port Arthur passed away, Tuesday October 18, 2005 at the Senior Rehabilitation Center in Port Arthur. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, October 22, 2005 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Nederland with Rev. Dan Malain officiating. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Port Arthur under the direction of Broussard's in Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 to 8 P.M. Friday evening with a scriptural rosary to be recited at 6:00 P.M. at the mortuary. Mrs. Breaux was a native of Rayne, Louisiana and lived most of her life in Port Arthur. She was a homemaker and also worked as a clerk for Plessala's Grocery in Port Arthur. Mrs. Breaux was preceded in death by her husband, R.A. Breaux, son, Royce J. Weber, and grandson, Dale Weber. She is survived by her daughter, Joye Weber and husband A.J. "Moon" of Port Arthur; daughter-in-law, Rose Mary Breaux of Port Neches; three grandchildren, Dewayne Weber of Mobile, Alabama, Deborah Jones of Winnie, and Marla Breaux of Port Neches; also surviving her are six great grandchildren, one step-great grandchild, one great-great grandchild, and three step great-great grandchildren.

Audrey Lorraine Tilliard, 88, New Franken, died October 20, 2005, at a local nursing home with family by her side. Born on June 2, 1917, she is the daughter of the late Ralph and Minnie (Bodart) Depeau. On August 28, 1940, she married Alvin Tilliard. Audrey farmed for many years with her husband, Alvin. Following their retirement, the couple enjoyed traveling throughout the United States. LILLE - Percy Gendreau, 67, passed away Oct. 20, 2005, at a Caribou hospital. He was born Sept. 2, 1938, in Lille, the son of Edouard "Eddie" and Alice (Clavette) Gendreau. Percy worked most of his adult life on road construction for Harold Hornbrook Inc., Cianbro Inc., and Ed Pelletier & Sons construction companies. During the winters, he worked on snow removal at Loring Air Force Base in Limestone. Percy was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Thomas O. Cyr Legion Post No. 147 of Madawaska. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Alice (Caron) Gendreau of Lille; two sons, Percy Jr. and his wife, Tonya, of Lima, Ohio, Gary of Van Buren; two very special granddaughters, "Madison a Percy" and "Skylah a Gary"; Tonya's two children, Cassie and Justine Rapp; five sisters, Rhea Gendreau of Limestone, Gladys Laplante of Bangor, Germaine St. Amand and Alphena Latham, both of Van Buren, Mary Ann Chasse of Hamlin. He was predeceased by three brothers, Conrad, Walter and Hector Gendreau; and by three sisters, Orena Gagnon and Lucienne and Ernestine Gendreau. Nina Hebert Daigle, 99, a resident of Port Arthur for 86 years and the sixth of twelve children, was born to Ulge and Julia Landry Hebert in Abbeville, LA, March 15, 1906 and departed this earth on September 27, 2005. She was a loving mother to Leola, Glenda, Don, and Ida and a faithful and devoted employee to her brothers, Leo and Willie Hebert of Leo & Willie's Restaurant in Port Arthur. She loved nothing more and asked for nothing more, than being near her family. She will be greatly missed by all those who love her especially her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, her only surviving sibling, Lucien "Sonny" Hebert and his wife Ruth. DRACUT -- Noela M. (Houle) Dumond, 99, a lifelong Dracut resident who was active in the community, died yesterday, Oct. 20, at her home. She was the wife of the late Rene Dumond who died in 1990.She was born in Dracut, Jan. 10, 1906, daughter of the late Zoel and Pamela (Dessureault) Houle. She was raised in Dracut, and graduated from St. Louis Academy in Lowell.Before retiring, Mrs. Dumond worked at Solomon Mental Health Center in Lowell. Previously, she worked for the commonwealth of Massachusetts, at the Tewksbury State Hospital in the medical records department.She was a communicant of St. Francis Church, in Dracut.She was a member of the League of Catholic Women, St. Louis Ladies Sodality, Dracut Senior Citizens, Dracut Historical Society, Poor Clare Guild, National Council of Senior Citizens, the Union St. Jean Baptiste, and AARP.She was also a member of the St. Louis Academy Alumnae, and had established many scholarships for St. Louis Schools.At the time of her death, she was the oldest living Dracut-born resident of the town, according to family members.She is survived by a sister, Bernadette Matte of Lowell; several nieces and nephews, including Jeanne McGlinchey who cared for her in her later years at home until her death. She was also the sister of the late Blanche Vigeant of Dracut, Lucille Webster, residing in Connecticut, Rita Gorman of Dracut, Gertrude Bouffard of Pelham, Raymond Houle of Jacksonville, Fla., Louis Houle of Lowell, Leo Houle, Dr. Emile Houle, and Gilbert Houle, all of Dracut. PIERRETTE REJEANNE LAROUCHE "NANA PETE" Born on August 11, 1934 in the town of Hull, Province of Quebec, Canada. She was the seventh of eight children born to Anita and Albert Lalonde. The day she left us here on earth, she was greeted in Heaven by her parents, her sisters, Francoise V. Jacqueline and her brothers, Jean and Jacques. She met Gaston Larouche in the spring of 1951 when she was 17. It was "love at first sight" and she married him on December 26, 1954. Thus began their 53 year journey together. On December 27, 1954, she gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Nicole; on September 11, 1956 she gave birth to her second child, a daughter named Lise; and on March 31, 1962 she gave birth to her third child, a son name d, Mark. In September of 1963 Pierrette and Gaston moved their family to Southern California. This was a very courageous move for her as she left behind her home, family and her "native" language as well. She was a homemaker who worked alongside her husband helping him build his business. She did this in a whole new language that she could barely speak let alone read and write. But succeed she did, she knew no boundaries. To her new friends he became "Pete"... that was easier than rolling those French "R's". To know "Pete" was to love "Pete". She loved a good laugh, she was a no-nonsense, vibrant person who became your best-friend the minute you met her. She loved Elvis, Tom Jones, Bingo, gambling, and horse races. She was a naturally "lucky" person. She loved being a mom, but really blossomed when she became a grandmother. She is "Nana Pete" to Stephanie, Shawna, Stefan, Josh, Danielle and Samantha, and three years ago became great "Nana Pete" to Madison. Pierrette, "Pete" is survive d by her loving husband, Gaston; her three children, Nicole, Lise, and Mark; her daughter-in-law, Trish; her sons-in-law, Scott and Tim; her grandchildren; her sister Gabrille; her two brothers, Royal and Andre; and everyone else who knew and loved her. MERRILL, DAVID RICHARD The death of David Richard Merrill, husband of Tressa (Palmer) Merrill, of Cross Creek, NB, occurred on October 20, 2005 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, NB. Born on July 2, 1923 in Greenhill, NB, he was a son of the late Rowley and Mae (Cooper) Merrill. He was a member of the Hillcrest United Church, Stanley, NB. David was a Peace time Veteran from 1955 - 1970 with the Service Corp of Canadian Armed Forces. Mr. Merrill retired as a chef. Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Warren R. Merrill (Geraldine) of Maple Grove, NB, Brent Merrill (Charlotte) of Maugerville, NB and Roland John Merrill (Pamela) of Dartmouth, NS; three daughters, Linda MacNally of Victoria, BC, Beatrice Mae Merrill (Brian) of Maple Grove, NB and Susan Lynn Merrill (Mike) of Greenhill, NB; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Pauline Annie Cain of Marysville, NB, Pearl Melvine Preen (Robert) of Ottawa, ON and Mary Bernice Amos (Darrell) of New Maryland, NB; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, John Royden "Jack" Merrill; three sisters, Louise Florence Steele, Myrna Elizabeth Hawkes and Jean Isabelle McCrea; and grandson, Jason John Hurley. Verona Armstrong 1907 - 2005 Verona Armstrong of Moncton passed away at The Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home on Wednesday, October 19, 2005. Born in Amherst, NS she was the daughter of the late Percy and Leita (Pickrem) Phelan. MacLEAN, ROBERT DOUGLAS (BOB) - Unexpectedly passed away on Monday, October 17th at Toronto East General Hospital in his 50th year after a brief illness. Son of the former E.B.(Ted) and Isabel (Williams) MacLean. A graduate of Simonds High School and Mount Allison University, Bob lived in Toronto, where he enjoyed classical music and playing tuba in Northdale Concert Band for over 25 years. NADEAU, M. GEORGIANNA - The death of M. Georgianna Nadeau of 56 Douglas Ave., widow of Frederick J. Nadeau, occurred at St. Joseph's Hospital on Wednesday, October 19, 2005. Mrs. Nadeau was born in St. Hilaire, N.B., a daughter of the late Hilaire and Sarah (Nadeau) St. Jarre, and had resided the greater part of her life in Saint John. She had been employed at St. Peter's Rectory for a number of years. She had been an avid bowler and was a member of the Catholic Women's League. She is survived by one brother, Joseph St. Jarre of Edmundston; one sister, Hilda Nadeau of Edmundston; and several nieces and nephews.
