AITKEN, Gladys Angela (nee des Rivieres) Peacefully on Saturday, October 8, 2005 in her 86th year. Predeceased in 1976 by her beloved husband, Bill. FERRIS, WENDELL GEORGE The death of Wendell George Ferris, of Fredericton, NB, husband of the late Marjorie Eileen Ferris, occurred on Friday, October 14, 2005 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, NB. Born on September 5, 1935 in South Devon, NB, he was a son of the late Ralph and Hazel (Price) Ferris. Wendell was a Roof Truss Manufacturer and a Land Developer. He is survived by two sons, Kevin Ferris (Shannon) and Brent Ferris, both of Fredericton, NB; one daughter, Karen True (Marc) of Douglas, NB; one brother, Wallace Ferris of Lakeville Corner, NB; three sisters, Myrtle Colford (Bob) of Fredericton, NB, Christine Hargrove (Harold) of French Lake, NB and Marguerite Mallett (J.P.) of Montreal, PQ; four grandchildren Brandon Ferris, Matthew True, Alexandria True and Chantal True; several nieces and nephews. He was educated in Lewiston schools and attended Robert's Academy.He served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a staff sergeant in the Phillipines.He worked at Twin City Packing Co. and L & A Grocers prior to his retirement.Mr. Ouellette was a former member of St. Mary's Parish of Lewiston where he served on the parish council and was a member of the Sacred Heart League.He also served on the supervisory committee of St. Mary's Credit Union.He belonged to the Auburn Catholic community at Sacred Heart Church.He enjoyed playing cards, gardening and spending time with family, especially his grandchildren.He is survived by his wife, the former Fernande L. DURHAM— Robert W. "Buster" Archambeault, 68, of 180 Wednesday Hill Road, died Friday, Oct. 14, 2005, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, in Rochester. Born March 3, 1937, in Exeter, he was the son of the late Arthur "Jumbo" and Adrien (Landerzille) Archambeault. He returned to the Seacoast one year ago after residing in Sanford, Fla., for the past 16 years. While in Florida he was employed by Seminole Transportation Systems of Sanford as a truck driver.He served in the US Army.Fondly known as "Buster," he had a great sense of humor and enjoyed and loved his grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He enjoyed the "open road," computers and classical music.Family members include his wife, Lena J. (Vigue) Archambeault, whom he married Aug. 13, 1956, of Durham; his "mother at heart," Beatrice Cote of Durham; three daughters, Bonnie Walton of Kingston; Roxanne "Midgie" Gregoire of Rochester, and a "daughter at heart", Ann Senter of Berwick; one son, Ronald "Buddy' Bristow of Arizona; two brothers, Richard Archambeault of Laconia and Pedro Archambeault; one sister, Beatrice Stephens of Maryland; and several grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Survivors include a son, Ronald N. EAGLE BRIDGE - Paul Joseph Bellemare, 81, of Eagle Bridge, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 13, 2005, after a brief illness. He was the beloved husband of Marion Thompson Bellemare. Born April 4, 1924, in Troy, he was the son of Paul T. and Clairina Boutin Bellemare. The family moved to Bennington when Paul was one year old. He graduated from Bennington High School, Class of 1942, and then served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a tool maker at the Watervliet Arsenal; a self-employed furniture upholsterer in Cambridge; drove a school bus for Cambridge Central School; was a parttime mail carrier and worked at the family furniture store in Bennington. In 1973, the Bellemare's moved to Connecticut where Paul worked as a toolmaker for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft. After his retirement, they returned to White Creek. Paul dedicated his life to serving the Lord. He was one of the founding members of the Gospel Lighthouse Church in 1961 and was active in the Fisher's of Men, a Christ-centered service organization. He used his vocal talent singing duets with his wife and belonged to a gospel quartet that sang in nursing homes. Paul and Marion had two children, Sharon Ann and David Paul, die in infancy. Besides his wife of 56 years, he is survived by three children, Michael and his wife Marilyn of Pawlet, VT, Joyce of Rhode Island, and David J. and his wife Debra of CT; two brothers of Bennington, Louis and Bernard Bellemare; seven grandchildren, Kristian, Terence, Timothy, Kimberly, Karin, Michelle and Andrew; two great-grandsons, and several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Sunday, October 16, 2005, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Ackley & Ross Funeral Home, 73 West Main St., Cambridge. Ruby Pharris LeBlanc, 88, devoted wife and mother passed away September 22, 2005. After suffering a major stroke in March of 2003, she maintained a cheerful attitude and a joyful spirit while struggling to recuperate. Ruby was born in Louisville, Kentucky on January 16, 1917 to James and Mary Weyler. Her family moved to Beaumont in 1927 where she has lived most of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents as well as two sisters Mamie Weyler Heartfield, Evelyn Weyler Brammer, a brother Charles Caswell, her first husband Taft Pharris, oldest son Robert "Bobby" Pharris and her second husband Erwin LeBlanc. Ruby is survived by her brother, Paul Weyler of Kountze; sisters, Eva Terrill of Port Arthur and June Herrmann of California; son, John Pharris of China; daughter-in-law, Patsy Pharris of Louisiana, Judy and James Johnson of North Carolina, Sylvia and Larry Jackson of Maryland, Cathy and John Godeaux of Garland, Martha and Frank Farnie of Beaumont; eighteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. A wake will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, October 14, 2005 at Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 15, 2005 at St. Pius X Catholic Church followed by burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Broussard's, North Major Drive.

BANGOR - Richard A. Violette, 71, passed away Oct. 12, 2005, at Ross Manor. Richard was born in 1934, the son of Hector Violette and Marion (Rich) Violette. Richard enjoyed working in the woods, repairing small engines, and attending church. Richard is survived by two sisters, Pauline Heline and her husband, Doug, of Deer Isle and Vivian Violette of Bangor; two nieces, Rhonda Mitchell and her husband, Corliss, of Deer Isle and Nancy Violette, of Deer Isle; very special great-nieces and nephews, Andrew and Matthew Mitchell, Sarah Kydd Hamilton and her husband, Patrick, of Deer Isle and Joel Kydd and his wife, Helen, of Massachusetts. Richard was predeceased by his father and mother, Hector and Marion Violette; and a brother, Merle Violette.
