ERRULAT, Heinz In loving memory of Heinz Errulat, 67 years of Sudbury who passed away Saturday evening, January 3rd, 2004 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital- Laurentian Site. He was born in Essen, Germany and married Inge (Kramer) in 1959 in Germany. Heinz came to Sudbury in 1957 from Germany. He was a Welder at Creighton Mine retiring from INCO in 1992 with over 30 years service. He was a member of the INCO 1/4 Century Club. He spent many happy summers at his cottage on Pickerel River. He was an avid fisherman. A skilled Mr. Fix-It he was quick to help others. He will be remembered as a friendly and outgoing person who was devoted to his loving family especially his grandchildren. Beloved husband of Inge (Kramer) Errulat of Sudbury. Loving father of Ralph (wife Carol) of Sturgeon Falls, Kimberly (predeceased 1999) and Cindy (husband Dave Stencell) of North Bay. Cherished Opa of Dylan, Christopher and Lindsay. Dear son of Gustav and Hildegard Errulat predeceased. Dear brother of Werner predeceased. ENSOR, John Douglas January 14, 1926 - December 27, 2003) John passed away peacefully, holding Mary's hand, at Shepherd Lodge in Toronto on Saturday, December 27, 2003. Beloved friend and husband of Mary Isobel Clemes for 51 years, John will live on in the hearts of his children - Robert James Ensor (Tania), Kathryn Margaret Baranowski (Roger) and Patricia Jane Ensor. McCARTHY, Sister Agnes (Sister Agnes Clare) entered into her eternal rest at Mount St. Joseph, Peterborough, ON on January 4, 2004 in the 71st year of her religious life. She was the daughter of the late John McCarthy and his wife Winnifred Hogan of Peterborough. Besides members of her religious community, she leaves to mourn several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother Lawrence, and her sisters Grace (Mrs. Robert Hayden), Sister Anne McCarthy, CSJ, and Mary (Mrs. M.J. Mahoney) (Martyn). Sister Agnes received her elementary and secondary education in Peterborough and received her teacher's certificate from Peterborough Normal School. She obtained her B.A. from the University of Toronto and a diploma in French Studies from Laval University. Sister Agnes taught in Clandonald, Alberta, Cobourg, Lindsay, St. Andrews West and Peterborough. She served her community as Directress of the Novitiate for several years and after her retirement tutored in Vancouver, Clandonald and Lindsay. Visitation at Mount St. Joseph, Tuesday, January 6, 2004 from 1-4 and 7-9. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at Mount St. Joseph on Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment at St. Peter's Cemetery. Georgie N. Prosser 1910 - 2004 Georgie N. Prosser, of Lakeview Manor, Riverview and formerly of Lewisville, NB passed away at her residence on Friday, January 2, 2004 at the age of 93 years. Born in Parkindale, NB on September 27, 1910 she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Eva (Brown) Prosser. She was a member of Lewisville United Baptist Church, Moncton, also she was a member of the W.M.S. within the church. Georgie was the longest surviving patient confirmed in New Brunswick. She is survived by daughters, Lynn Reade of Lutes Mountain, and Marjorie Prosser of Riverview; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Wendell Earl Prosser in 1995; son-in-law, John Reade in 1996; and brother, Stephen. ROBINSON, BERTRAM LEONARD The death of Bertram L. Robinson of Fredericton, NB occurred on Saturday, January 3rd, 2004 at his residence. Born in London, England, he was the son of Henry and Mary Robinson and husband of the late Nina Robinson. Robbie, as his friends knew him, served in both the British Army and the Royal Canadian Air Force. Upon leaving the Air Force he went on to a distinguished career in the private sector in Washington, DC, before retiring to Fredericton. He was a strong and supportive father, a man who led by example and who remained independent of mind and spirit until the end. His ability to entertain and regale others with his anecdotes and amusing tales was a great source of pleasure to those around him. Survived by one son John (Shauna) of Scotsburn, NS, and one son - in - law, Pat Beggs of Fredericton, NB, four grand children, and three great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, Henry and Mary, wife, Nina, and daughter Wendy. There will be no visitation by request. A memorial service will be held at the J. A. LOGAN, MARY E. F. - The death of Mary E. F. Logan of the Loch Lomond Villa, formerly of Saint John North, occurred on January 3, 2004, at her residence. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Asa Perley and Jane Charlotte (Shear) Frairs. She spent many hours working with the Hardings Point Cemetery. She is survived by her son John, her grandchildren John and his wife Ellen, Susan and her husband Stephen Almon, and Ralph all of Saint John, and her great-grandchildren Alec and Julian Almon. Her brother Perley Frairs predeceased her. At her request there will be no visiting or funeral service. Alden Smith Little 1907 - 2004 KOUCHIBOUGUAC, NB - Alden Smith Little of Kouchibouguac, NB, passed away at the Lions Nursing Home, Rexton, NB on Sunday, January 4, 2004 at the age of 96. Born in Kouchibouguac, NB he was the son of the late Jonathen R. Little and Elizabeth R. (MacLeod) Little. He was employed as a farmer and storekeeper. Alden attended the Knox Presbyterain Church, Kouchibouguac, he was a Church Elder, Past Master of St. Andrew's Masonic Lodge No. 16 F. & A.M. and was also a member of the Eastern Star. He is survived by two sons, Roland (Annette) of Kouchibouguac, Harold of Saint John; six grandchildren, Trevor, Troy, Elaine, Alan, Patty, Corey and two great grandchildren, Sheldon and Madison; sister-in-law, Gertrude MacDonald of Kouchibouguac and brother-in-law, Earl MacDonald of Saint John. Born November 4, 1942, in Halifax, NS he was the son of the late Joseph Edward and Mary Jane (Publicover) McGrath. Roy was the General Works Manager for the Airport and Parks Canada retiring in 1985 due to illness.Besides his loving and devoted wife Eileen, he is survived by his daughters Kimberly Ann Myers of PEI, Tina Marie Marsh of PEI and Robin Rolanda Dickieson of PEI; brothers Joseph McGrath and Gary (Cooper) McGrath both of Nova Scotia; sister Sharon Mossman of Fort Myer, Florida; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his son Roy in 1984 and sister Joanne Ryan. A Private family service will be held from Hennessey Funeral Home Chapel, Charlottetown, PEI. MADELEINE THERESE SIMMONDS (nee BIBAUD) It is with great sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Madeleine Simmonds, after a courageous battle with cancer, on December 30, 2003 at the St. Boniface Hospital. Her husband of 30 years, Russ Simmonds, and her three sons, Russell, James and Patrick will deeply miss her love, devotion and steadfast commitment to the family. She will also be sadly missed by her sister Suzanne Styles and brother-in-law Ron (Saskatoon); her brother Rene Bibaud and sister-in-law Suzan (Ottawa); her dear nephew Gordon Styles; her niece Julie-Anne Baisley (Sean); and many cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, Philippe and Jeanne Bibaud. Born in Winnipeg in 1950, Madeleine attended St. Mary's Academy and the University of Winnipeg. An accomplished seamstress, Madeleine won the Manitoba Singer Sewing Award in 1967, and later specialized in creating children's clothing with the label Joie de L'Enfant. Madeleine spent many cherished years at Matlock both as a child and with her own sons. Her greatest accomplishment and joy was that of a mother. Her values, faith and love will live on in her sons forever. The family extends special thanks to the dedicated staff at CancerCare Manitoba and the Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital as well as the visiting palliative care nurse Louise Dancereau. A sincere thank you to all the friends that have supported Madeleine and the family during her illness. A funeral mass celebrating Madeleine's life will be held on Monday, January 5 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. John Brebeuf Parish, 1707 John Brebeuf Place.
