Dear sister of Elizabeth Serson, Hilda (the late Arthur) Chapman, Lois (the late Fred), Trowell and the late William and John (Jack) Serson. Beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews. MME HÉLÈNE DAVIS née Whissel est décédée paisiblement, entourée de sa famille le dimanche 23 mars, à l'âge de 63 ans. Elle était la mère bien-aimée de Claude (Helen), Marc et Diane (Claude Bureau); fière grand-maman ``Nanny'' de Quinn, Madison, Aubrey, Gemma, Mireille, Danielle, Marcie et Lacey; chère soeur de Carmen Billings. Elle laisse également un ami et cher père de ses enfants, Hector Davis. Elle fut prédécédée par son père Arthur; sa mère Rita et son frère Yvon. Hélène a quitté ce monde de la même façon qu'elle a vécu sa vie: avec grâce et dignité. Elle a touché plusieurs vies et a toujours donné sans compter. Elle a rendu la vie plus agréable pour ceux qui l'ont connue. La famille désire remercier tous les docteurs et infirmières, spécialement Dr Louise Coulombe pour le support et les bons soins prodigués dans ses derniers jours. Il laisse dans le deuil son epouse Cecile; un fils Hector (Therese Besnard) de Sherbrooke, QC; une fille Nicole (Henry Talbot) d'Altamont; quatre petits-fils, Cody, Max, Miguel et Pascal; une soeur et cinq freres, Roger, Romeo (feu Annette), Donat (Shirley), Paul-Emile (Monique), Rose-Alice (Roger) et Olivier (Laurette). Il fut precede dans la mort par Antonin (Florence) et Carolle (bru). Des sinceres remerciements a l'equipe du Dr. Maxwell du centre Hospitalier Victoria pour le souci des soins et leur humanite. Le visionnement aura lieu en l'eglise Sainte-Famille, 778 rue Archibald a Saint-Boniface, le mercredi 26 mars a compter de 10h, suivi de la Celebration de la Vie presidee par le pere Ronald Leger a 11h. Clifford Raymond Caird Passed away on January 2, 2003 in his 61st year. He was born in Kingston, the son of Raymond and the late Ola Caird. Clifford attended Red Rock Public School and Queen Elizabeth Collegiate Vocation Institute before taking a position with Smith & Smith Surveyors. Around 1967 he was employed with the Ministry of Environment Water and Sewer Plant where he stayed until ill health forced his retirement. He loved working on the family farm. He enjoyed horses, hunting, fishing, euchre, telling jokes, giving neighbours a helping hand and offering advice regarding farming and various other topics. Clifford was a member of Westbrook United Church where he served as a member of the board of trustees. He was also a member of Ontario Anglers and Hunters Foundation. He is survived by his father Raymond and sister Jean. Cifford was predeceased by his mother Ola. The funeral was held at Paul Payne Funeral Home on January 4, 2003 with Rev. Jeannie Oulton officiating. Pallbearers were Doug Gordon, Fred Chapman, John Edmunds, Myron Rogers, Charlie Pond, Allen Thompson, Barry Gulley, and Jack Larock. Following a lengthy battle with cancer, Kevin passed away peacefully at his Ottawa home on Sunday, March 23, 2003. Born in Cork, Ireland on November 13, 1939 he emigrated to Canada in 1963. As a young man he was educated at Jesuit College of Clongowes Wood in County Kildare, later graduating from University College Dublin. For most of his professional career Kevin worked in the telecommunications field, first with Northern Telecom and then as a private consultant. Kevin is best characterized as a person with a tremendous thirst for knowledge and love of learning. This was never more evident that in the final weeks of his life as he debated the world around him and as always, rendered thoughtful opinion. He was a compulsive crossword enthusiast, a voracious reader, a critical listener of music, and his love of travel prompted visits to various locations around the globe. He is survived by his daughter Jennifer (Toronto), sisters Detta, Baroness O'Cathain (England) and Mary-Claire Ward (Toronto), brother-in-law Sandy, and nephews David and Robin. He was predeceased by his father Caoimhghin and his mother Margaret. At Kevin's request there will be no funeral service. The family would like to thank the staff at the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre, May Court Residential Hospice, Cathy Langtry of the VON, special nurses Diane Turner, Charlene "Charlie" O'Dougherty and Marg Graham; Doctors Neil Rogers, Louise Coulombe and Claire Kendall. Lewis George Le Feuvre passed away on Sunday, March 23 at the Jewish General Hospital in his ninety-first year. Predeceased by his brother Herbert and sisters Eva and Gladys. He will be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Stella and nieces Judy (Doug) and Marnie. George was also a loving and beloved uncle to many grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. His cheery personality will be missed by all his friends in Montreal and Quebec City. Beloved husband of Gail (Bullock), cherished oldest son of Elva Jones and the late William "Chick".
