MORRIS, Stanley 81 years. Died on May 22, 2002, at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital Hotel Dieu Site. Beloved husband of 15 years to Ann Peleck Rivard. Predeceased by wife Rite Delphine and brothers Reginald and Basil. He will be sadly missed by brother Edgar and wife Maxine, sister-in-law Elva, many nieces and nephews, and his 2 step-sons. Stan was a Veteran of WWII and served as a Pilot Officer and Warrant Officer in the Canadian Air Force. He continued his affiliation with the Windsor Air Force Club. After spending 45 years as a superintendent and consultant at Colonial Tool, Stan enjoyed golf in his retirement. Robert “Bob” McRae It is with great sadness that the family of Robert “Bob” McRae announce his sudden passing on Tuesday, May 21, 2002 at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances, Ont. Bob, born Dec. 17, 1956, was the only and favourite son of Verna Tkachyk. He was a good-hearted and thoughtful man who was devoted to his family. His greatest achievement was maintaining his love in his role of son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was an avid fisherman, who could always be found at Robin’s Donuts having coffee, sharing a “fish tale” or a story about his greatest love, “his grandkids.” He is survived by his wife, Lynne-Marie; daughters, August (Jack) Tynan, Kristy (Bob) Brenna, and Holly; grandchildren, Kaid, Mickey, Austin, and Kayman; mother, Verna Tkachyk; and sisters, Sandy (Bob) Rhodenizer, Tina Marlene McBride, and Charmaine Saunders. Also surviving are his mother and father-in-law, Carol and Joe Kliner; sister-in-law, Bonnie Kupila; and brother-in-law, Joel Kliner. Numerous nieces and nephews, and two great nieces, also survive. He was predeceased by his step-father, Maurice Tkachyk, on May 15, 2002; and his infant nephew, Kyle McRae, on Oct. 22, 1983. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 26, 2002 from 7 until 8 p.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 27, 2002 at 10 a.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances. Fr. Wayne McIntosh will officiate, with interment in Riverview Cemetery in Fort Frances. Pallbearers will be his niece, Stephanie Francis, and his nephews, Aaron and Scott Grynol and Darrell and Riley McMahon. Honourary pallbearers will be Bob Brenna, Horst Zuhlsdorf, Deder Kielczewski, and Eric Strom. Elle était la mère de Clément (Suzanne Gagné), Françoise (Claude Chartrand), Claude (feue Josette Bilodeau), Roger, Maurice (Gertrude Savoie), Céline (Jacques Dumas), Jocelyne (René Vachon). Elle laisse ses 12 petits-enfants: Rocky, July, David, Annie, Kevin, Dave, Nathalie, Dany, Catherine, Andréanne, Stéphanie et Joany, ses frères, soeurs, beaux-frères, belles-soeurs des familles Bolduc et Dion et de nombreux neveux, nièces, parents et amis. GUY GAGNÉ, époux de feue dame Rollande Baillargeon et conjoint de dame Thérèse Therrien, domicilié en la paroisse St-Alphonse de Thetford Mines et autrefois de Black Lake. Le service religieux a été célébré en l'église St-Désiré du Lac-Noir. Il était le père de Jacques Gagné conjoint de Sonia Nigère et de Paule Gagné. Il était le grand-papa de Andrée, Caroline, Marie-Pier et de 2 arrière-petits-enfants. Il était le frère de Patrick Gagné (Hectorine Bourdage), Thérèse Gagné (Gilles Hémond), et de Marcel Gagné (Murielle Carrier). Il laisse également dans le deuil les membres de la famille Alexandre Gouin ainsi que ses beaux-frères et belles-soeurs de la famille Baillargeon. Elle laisse également ses petits-enfants, ses arrière-petits-enfants et arrière-arrière-petits-enfants. L'inhumation a eu lieu au cimetière de St-Pierre-de-Broughton. In Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke, on Tuesday, May 21, 2002, with her children by her side in her 88th year. Isabell Carnegie (nee White) formerly of Greenwood. Beloved wife of the late Eric Carnegie. Loving mother of Maureen Purnell, Heather McLaughlin and Kerry Carnegie (wife Linda). Loved and cherished by her grandchildren Laureen, Merridee, Philip, Marielle, Kerridan, Shawn, Kyle and Amber; and great-grandchildren Marika, Thomas, Mark, Veronika, James and Bradley. Also survived by brother Clemence White, Beachburg. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.; and Friday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Service in the Chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment in Wesley United Cemetery. At 83 years of age, passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Hospital, Civic Campus Tuesday, May 21, 2002. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Florence, three sons, Larry (Susan), Howard (Sandi) and David (Wendy). Grandfather of nine, Great-Grandfather to six. Predeceased by sister Rose and brothers Paul and Philip, he is survived by brother Bob and many nieces and nephews. Len was a World War II veteran, a member of the Rosecrucian Hierarchy, a member of the Legion and a long time volunteer for the Boy Scouts of Canada. A born raconteur, he was fond of regaling friends and family with stories from his past - stories that will now be missed. Although he enjoyed a round of golf when younger, and often participated in round and square dancing as he grew older, his favourite pastime in later years was his computer sending emails to his many contacts. He touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Family and friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd) on Saturday from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Memorial Service will be held in the chapel at 2:30 p.m. A memorial donation to the Ottawa Hospital, Civic Campus would be appreciated. Peacefully, Tuesday, May 21, 2002, Dorothy Francis Wallace, age 77. Wife of the late Thomas Ralph Hart (C.R.T.C.). Leaves behind a son David Wallace Hart (Brenda) and a much loved grandson Kelly Albert Hart. Dorothy, formerly of Toronto, worked at the Globe and Mail as Junior Reporter and then as Junior Account Executive at Spitzer and Mills Advertising. She had been involved with Girl Guides of Canada in Toronto and Ottawa, holding various positions from Guide and Ranger Leader to Area International Coordinator and the Provincial Public Relations Committee. She holds the G.G.C. Thanks Badge, G.G.C. Medal of Merit and G.G.C. Life Membership. Dorothy served the Canadian Ladies Golf Association (Ontario and Quebec) from 1964. She was Executive Secretary of C.L.G.A. Ottawa District from 1967 to 1973. Served with the Board of Directors of the Carleton Golf and Yacht Club and has acted in several positions on the Ladies' Association of Carleton Golf and Yacht Club throughout her membership. She also volunteered with the Heart Institute and Guide Dogs for the Blind. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 2313 Carling Avenue (west of Carlingwood), Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Saturday in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Donations to the Queensway-Carleton Hospital, Palliative Care would be appreciated.
