Au CSSS de Beauce, Saint-Georges, le 8 octobre 2005, à l'âge de 87 ans et 2 mois, est décédé M. Irenée Perreault, époux de feu Marguerite Perreault. Autrefois de Vallée-Jonction, il demeurait à Saint-Joseph. Les funérailles ont eu lieu vendredi le 14 octobre 2005 à 20h en l'église de Vallée-Jonction et de là, au cimetière paroissial. La direction des funérailles a été confiée à la maison funéraire Nouvelle Vie inc., Vallée-Jonction. Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants: feu Linda (André Chevanel), Michel; ses petits-enfants: Anthony Gilbert, Mélina et Steeven Chevanel. Il était le frère de feu Rachel; il était le beau-frère de feu Émile (Albertine Poulin), feu Émilie (feu Arthur Turcotte), feu Donalda (feu Émile Nadeau), feu Sylvio (feu Éliane Gendron, feu Agathe Bourque), feu Simone (feu Marius Paré), feu Camil, feu Gabrielle (feu Jean-Charles Bourque), feu Lucienne (feu Léopold Guérard), Laurette (feu Alex Côté), Mariette (Roger Moisan), Gaston (Gabrielle Gosselin). Il laisse également dans le deuil plusieurs neveux, nièces, cousins, cousines et ami(e)s. La famille de M. LYNDEBOROUGH, N.H. -- Michele Lynne Bouchard Krueger, 48, of Lyndeborough, N.H., died Oct. 13, after a long battle with cancer. At the time of her death, she was vacationing in Kealakekua, Hawaii, with her husband. She was born in Leominster on Nov. 24, 1956, a daughter of Jules Bouchard of Deming, N.M., and Marjorie (Faley) Bouchard of Greenfield, N.H.Michele, who was affectionately known as “Midge” to her family, was employed at Verizon as a central office technician until her retirement in 2003. Michele was known to friends and family for her artistic abilities and passion for interior decorating. She also enjoyed traveling, cooking, scrap booking, sewing and spending time with her family and friends. She was especially fond of the nursing and support staff of the Simonds-Sinon Regional Cancer Center in Fitchburg.She was predeceased by her brother, Randy Bouchard, who died in 2004.In addition to her parents, Michele leaves behind her husband, Michael Krueger, of Lyndeborough, N.H.; brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Debi Bouchard of Winchendon, Mass.; two sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law, Karen Bouchard of Fitchburg, Kathryn and Dan Whitcher of Litchfield, N.H.; her father-in-law, Neal Krueger of Nashua, N.H.; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. LEWISTON - Noella B. Dumais, 84, of Lewiston, died Oct. 21, at Marshwood Nursing Home following a brief illness.She was born in Auburn on Dec. 22, 1920, the only child of Joseph and Clara Brillant. She was educated in Lewiston schools.Prior to her retirement, she worked at Crest Shoe. She and her husband enjoyed delivering cars for Fordland up until January 2002.She was an enthusiastic sports fan, enjoying professional baseball, hockey and football.She is survived by her husband, Antonin, whom she recently celebrated 65 years of marriage with on Sept. 2; two daughters, Pauline Dumais and Lucille Fortin; one son, Marcel and wife, Linda, all of Lewiston; and grandsons, Roland Fortin of Colorado, Daniel and Sunsearae of Greene, and David Dumais of Milford, Mass.The family wishes to express their thanks to Marshwood Nursing Home for the wonderful care given to Mom during her short stay.

MAYNARD, AGNES R., 89, formerly of Planet Ave., passed away peacefully Friday morning at Orchard View Manor, 135 Tripps Lane, East Providence. She was the wife of the late Ernest J. Maynard, Sr. Born in Central Falls she was the daughter of the late William and Catherine (Ford) Carter. Mrs. Maynard owned and operated East Providence Paint & Wallpaper with her husband until September of 1980. She was a communicant of St. Brendan Church. She is survived by, two sons, E. Joseph Maynard, Jr., of Arizona and Kenneth A. Maynard, of Riverside; a daughter Lois M. Ribeiro, of East Providence; a sister Mary Fisher, of Las Vegas; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. FITCHBURG -- Mary Ann (Chouinard) Boucher, 64, of Fitchburg, died Thursday morning in her home after a long struggle with emphysema. She was born in Lowell, on May 4, 1941, the daughter of Diogene and Malvina (Bousquert) Chouinard and lived in here in Fitchburg for most of her life. She worked at several area stores among which were Walgreen’s and Market Basket.Mary Ann was a member of the Ladies Aux. of the Amvets Post 29 of Fitchburg for many years. She was a long-time member of Immaculate Conception Church.She leaves her son, Raymond V. Boucher, Jr., and his wife, Amber, of Fitchburg; two daughters, Tammy A. and her husband, Harold Chambers, of Fitchburg, and Donna M. and her husband, Robert Garrand, of Leominster; three brothers, Conrad Chouinard of Palm Bay, Fla., Robert Chouinard of Fitchburg and Donald Chouinard of Gardner; her sister, Lillian Marois of Fitchburg; two grandchildren, Cherie and Emily Boucher of Fitchburg; and several nephews and nieces. She also leaves her caregiver for over 20 years, James Braunlick of Fitchburg. BOUCHER -- Mary Ann (Chouinard) Boucher, 64, of Fitchburg. MILLBURY— Florence D. Gagner, 83, formerly of 83 Grafton St., died on Thursday, October 20, 2005, at Hearthstone On Golden Pond, Hopkinton. She leaves a niece, Jeannette G. Zdonczyk of Worcester; 3 grandnephews and a grandniece; 6 great-grandnephews and 2 great-grandnieces; and many cousins. Her sister, Jeannette M. (Gagner) Moore of Sutton, died in 1985. She was born in Millbury on May 25, 1922, a daughter of the late Napoleon and Linda Marie (Collette) Gagner and has been a lifelong resident of the town. Miss Gagner was a clerical worker for 14 years at H.E. Shaw Tobacco Co., Worcester; she then worked as a switchboard receptionist at Parker Metal Co., Worcester, for 14 years. Finally, she was a PBX Operator for New Power Service at New England Electric System, Westborough, for 16 years before she retired in 1986. She was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Parish, Millbury; and she enjoyed crafts, especially quilting and painting in oils. Her funeral will be Tuesday, Oct. 25, from Turgeon Funeral Home, 56 Main St., Millbury, with a Funeral Mass at 11 AM in Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, 10 Waters St. She will be laid to rest with her mother and father in the family lot in Central Cemetery, Millbury. There will be a visiting hour from 9:30 to 10:30 AM on Tuesday, Oct. 25, in the funeral home. All are welcome.

Hyannis, Mass. - Louis "Gene" Cote, 80, of Hyannis, Mass., died Sept. 19, 2005, at his home after a battle with pulmonary fibrosis.He was born on July 4, 1925, in New London where he spent his childhood.Louis and his wife Fanny lived in Quaker Hill and raised their four daughter while he worked for General Dynamics in Groton. LOWELL -- Rene "Joe" Dupont, 75, a lifelong Lowell resident who worked for the city and was a Korean War veteran, died Thursday evening, Oct. 20, at his home, after a brief illness. He was the husband of Eva A. (Landry) Dupont, with whom he was married for more than 52 years.He was born in Manchester, N.H., Oct. 30, 1929, son of the late Wilfrid and Georgianna (Brochu) Dupont.Mr. Dupont served in the U.S. Marines Corps., during the Korean War, and was discharged with the rank of private first class. He was the recipient of the Korean Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the United Nations Service Medal.Before retiring, Mr. Dupont was a laborer for several years, for the city of Lowell.Mr. Dupont had been a communicant of the former Notre Dame de Lourdes Church, and more recently at St. Margaret Church in Lowell.He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also enjoyed the companionship of his two dogs, Jake and Rock.Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald R. and Caryn A. Dupont of Dracut, and Dennis C. and Angela M. Dupont of Haverhill; two daughters and a son-in-law, Denise A. and Ross L. Kinsley of Tyngsboro, and Arlene M. ena Marie Guillot Hebert died on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2005, at 9 p.m. at Ascension Living Nursing Home in Gonzales. She was 87 and a resident of Pierre Part. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence "Boug" Hebert, who was a resident of Bayou Blue and a native of Brusly St. Martin, who died Jan. 4, 2005. She is survived by her daughter, Betty Ann Hebert, Maryland; her son, Freddie Paul Hebert, Bayou Corne; and two sisters who both reside in Louisiana; granddaughters, Darnell Albarado, Florida, and Darlene Albarado, Maryland; grandson, Kirt Hebert, Utah; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Wilson, Texas, Joseph Williams, Maryland, and Geri Uhas, Maryland; great-great grandchildren, Elisabeth "Taylor," Jasmin and Briana, all of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Malcolm "Mac" Guillot and Lelia Blanchard; her grandson, Kevin Paul Hebert, formerly of Louisiana; her great-granddaughter, Kirstin Taylor Townsend, formerly of Maryland; three sisters and four brothers. Gertrude Hymel Barrios, 99, of Chalmette, passed away on October 18, 2005. HOLYOKE - Barbara J. Lamay, age 57, of Holyoke, died Wednesday October 19, 2005 at her home. She was born in Holyoke, a daughter of the late George and Edith (Moriarty) Lamay Jr., graduated from Holyoke High School, and attended the former O'Connell Business School in Holyoke. Barbara was a twenty year bookeeper at Craftmount Corp. of Holyoke, and a twenty-five year member of Wyckoff Country Club. She was a communicant of Holy Cross Church. Barbara is survived by a sister, Edith O'Connell her husband, Alan of Holyoke, as well as several nieces, nephews , and cousins. LaPLANT, Leo - Passed away October 13, 2005 at the age of 84. Leo, a forth generation San Franciscan, was born on February 27, 1921. He grew up in San Francisco and developed a love of sailing on San Francisco Bay. In 1939, in college, Leo met Lucy (Lucille Storie, a fifth generation Californian), the love of his life and his best friend. They were married on December 25, 1942 in Berkeley, CA. Leo and Lucy spent their 63 years of marriage in the Bay Area, in Berkeley and Orinda. With their keen interest in travel, they enjoyed many cruises and visited 70 countries around the world. Leo's avid interest in aviation led him to obtain his private pilot's license and eventually his own airplane, enjoying many hours of flying with friends and family. His favorite times were spent entertaining his many close friends, attending Cal football games and enjoying frequent family gatherings. He will be greatly missed for his sense of humor, his warm smile and his love for his wife and family. Roger N. Lemieux, 75, of Manchester died October 21, 2005 at Catholic Medical Center after a sudden illness. Born in Stowe, VT on December 26, 1929, he was the son of Dorian and Blanche (Salvas) Lemieux. He lived most of his life in Manchester. During the Korean War he served in the US Army. Mr. Lemieux was a graduate of St. Anselm College in 1957. He worked as a mail carrier with the US Postal Service for 22 years. He was married to Marcelle G. (Dupont) Lemieux who died in 1999. He enjoyed traveling, sports and was an avid tennis player. The family includes two sons, Claude R. Lemieux of Weare and Peter C. Lemieux of Provincetown, MA; a brother, Dorian Lemieux of Delmar, NY; a sister, Marilyn Moran of Rockledge, FL; his companion, Kathleen Bayko of Manchester and cousins, nieces and nephews. Born in Plymouth MA, Annie lived in Springfield before moving to Wilbraham ten years ago. Her beloved husband of 44 years, John B. Duperre predeceased her in 1990. Annie is survived by her son, Lloyd J. of East Longmeadow; her daughter, Denise L. Barcome of Wilbraham with whom she made her home; a brother, Peter Romano of Florida; two sisters, Millie Joubert of Springfield and Louise Mederious of Plymouth; three grandchildren, Sean, Jeff and Kevin, and two great-grandchildren Amanda and Jeffrey. Her two brothers, Minty and Jerry Romano, predeceased her. The funeral will be on Monday 8:45 a.m. at Forastiere Smith Funeral Home on 220 N. LEWISTON - Beatrice A. Laliberte, 89, a resident of 540 College St., Montello Manor since July and previously from Russell Park, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 20, following a long illness.She was born in Lewiston on April 3, 1916, the daughter of Edmond and Leda (Breton) Roy, and was a resident of this community all her life.She married Adelard "Del" Laliberte on July 3, 1937, at St. Peter's Church. He died on Aug. 26, 1993.She worked for more than 25 years in the shoe shops of Lewiston and Auburn. In her mid-50s, she retired to take care of two of her grandchildren and loved every minute of it.She was a member of Holy Cross Parish, Ladies of Holy Cross, Horizon 55 and Covenant 50.She is survived by one son, Richard P. Laliberte and his wife, Rita, of Port Richie, Fla.; one daughter, Rachel Ricker and her husband, Robert, of Lewiston; five grandchildren, which were the love of her life; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.She was predeceased by three brothers, Girard, Woodrow and Harold Roy.She will be greatly missed by her family. Raymond J. Roy, 62, of Bloomfield, beloved husband of Judith (Dully) Roy passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, (October 19, 2005). He was born on August 23,1943 in Hartford, son of the late Jules F. Roy and Jeanette (LaPerle) Roy of West Hartford, he lived in West Hartford, Simsbury, and finally settled in Bloomfield becoming an active member of Sacred Heart Church. Ray graduated from Hartford High School in 1963. It was during high school that he met his life long love and best friend, Judy. Ray lived life to the fullest each day. His greatest joys were working on his farm, playing with his grandchildren, and being with his friends and family. His other passions included boating, Nascar racing, and driving his antique cars. He pursued many business ventures which included The Holiday Inc. of West Hartford, The Holiday Retirement Home of Rhode Island, Wyndemere Woods and Holiday Inn Express of Woonsocket, R.I. He was also president of Albion Management Group, Inc. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Laurelyn Roy Nemes and her husband, Robert Nemes and of Clear Spring, MD; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffery Raymond Roy and his wife, Olivia Godard Roy of Bloomfield; two grandsons, Dallas and Mason Nemes and two granddaughters, Shelby Mae and Kelsey Anne Roy. Mr. Roy is also survived by a brother, Donald A. A longtime and well liked Wahnapitae resident André had been a construction worker with Local #493 for over 40 years. He was a keen collector especially of brass items. He was a great friend, and advocate of children. André was devoted to his loving family and he was happiest when spending time with his precious grandchildren.
