WILSON, Michael Douglas Norman (Mike) Suddenly on May 21, 2005 at 15 years of age. Formerly of Sutton West, Ontario. Very Cherished son of Leanne Wilson and Mark Grondin. Very loving brother of William and Ashdon. Very beloved grandson of Marshall and Margaret Wilson and Mary Jane Grondin. Many loving aunts , uncles and cousins will sadly miss him. Mike was a former student of Riverside High School and was a member of the wrestling team and was a very avid sport fan. Sadly missed by his 7 grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren. Dear brother to Irene Might (Gordon) of Fraserville, Doug (Vi) of Detroit and Claire (Phylis) of Peterborough. Predeceased by his sisters, Viola, Bernice, Marie and brothers Carlyle and Elmer. Cecil was a Sgt. in the Royal Canadian Air Force, a foreman at Westclox for 46 years and dedicated 25 years to Scouts Canada. PAUL, JOHN ALLAN At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Sunday May 22, 2005 John Allan Paul of Saint Mary's First Nation in Fredericton passed away at the age of 75. Born in Gagetown, NB, he was a son of the late Edward Isaac and Julia (Nash) Paul and husband of the late Geraldine Theresa Paul. John was a retired orderly with York Manor Nursing Home. He was a member of St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, served in the American and Canadian Armies and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, branch # 4. He is survived by five children Nancy Henry (John) of Fredericton, Laurie Sacobie (Russell) of Fredericton, Sharon Bernard (Darrell) of Membertou, NS, Diane Paul (John) of Fredericton, Darrell Paul of Ontario; three brothers Ronald, Frederick and Walter Paul all of Fredericton; 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by two sons Dean Jerome and Edward Paul; three brothers John, James and Nelson Paul. Resting at his residence 240 Paul Street, Fredericton on Tuesday and Wednesday. COOSABOOM, LEEMAN E. - The death of Mr. Leeman E. Coosaboom, loving husband of Verda G. (Payne) Coosaboom, of Red Head, occurred on Sunday May 22, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1926 in Grand Manan, he was the son of the late Allan and Clara (Brown) Cossaboom. Leeman was a welder for the Saint John Ship Building for many years. Besides his loving wife Verda, he is survived by three daughters Brenda Louise Cossaboom, Nancy Lynn Stevens and Janice Anne Richard, one brother Marvin Coosaboom, two sisters Hazel McLaren, and Alta Pearson, three grandchildren Trevor Richard, Crystal Richard and Paul Stevens. Mr. John "Jack" Arthur Cliff May 10, 1916 - May 14, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Richmond Funeral Home Passed away on May 14th, 2005, at Richmond General Hospital with his family by his side. Born in Edmonton, Alberta on May 10th, 1916, Jack served with the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War before moving to Vancouver and then to Richmond where he worked for the Imperial Optical Company until his retirement in 1981. A passionate fan of the Sport of Kings, Jack was an owner, trainer, and breeder of thoroughbred horses for almost 40 years and served as a member of the Horsemen's Protective and Benevolent Association and President of the B.C. Thoroughbred Breeder's Society. Jack was a founding member of the Richmond Curling Club, and often volunteered as an official for the Richmond Kajaks Track and Field Club. He was predeceased by his sister, Dolly, and brothers, Wesley and Ernie. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Doris, brother Edward, sons Ron and Brian (Anne), grandchildren Tony, Ian, Randy (Penny), and Julie (Rolf), and great-grandchildren Lara, Anya and Deborah. The family extends their sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. J. G. Sigismund and to the nurses and staff of Richmond General Hospital 3-south for their tireless care and compassion. KORMANN, Arthur (Art) Gerard - Mr. Art Kormann of Commanda died on Saturday, May 21, 2005 in his 75th year at North Bay General Hospital after his courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by three sons, Clarence Fongemie of Merrimar, Fla., Gerald Fongemie and his wife, Bernadette, of St. David, Joel Fongemie and his wife, Edwina, of Madawaska; two daughters, Jeannine Lemoine and her husband, Andre, Kathleen Beaulieu and her husband, Kenneth, all of Melbourne, Fla.; one brother, Normand Dionne of St. David; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, eight stepgrandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Fongemie; eight brothers, Levite, Alphy, Albenie, Leo, Romeo, Lucien, Ernest and George-Emile; three sisters, Caroline Fongemie, Annette Bouchard and Jeanne Bouchard; one granddaughter, Carol Michaud; and one son-in-law, Ron Michaud. David was a graduate of Holyoke Schools, holds a degree from Holyoke Community College and was a custodian at the College. Parent who died in 1964 and his sister Susan Parent who died in 1981 predeceased David. POLK CITY, Fla. - Mr. Frank Bernard Blanchard, 60, of Polk City, Fla., died of brain cancer Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2005 at Florida Hospital.Born in Bradley, Maine, on May 25, 1944, Mr. Blanchard came to Polk City, Fla., from Corsicana, Texas, in 1997. He was a truck driver for Oakley Transport, FFM, and Tom Foods in Texas, Virginia and Maine.He was an Army veteran. Lucille D. Hallock -- August 27, 1929 -- May 22, 2005 -- PUTNAM -- Lucille Diane (Biron) Hallock, 75, passed away at home Sunday May 22, 2005 with her family beside her. She was predeceased by her loving husband James F. Hallock. Born in Central Falls RI to the late Paul and Gracia (Camire) Biron, she has been living in Putnam for the past 6 years. As a mother, grandmother and more, she was devoted to her family.Lucille is survived by her three sons Wayne Stepalavich and his wife Catherine of Middletown RI; Gary Stepalavich and his wife Diane of Cranston RI; and Martin Stepalavich and his wife Susan of Danielson CT; her two brothers Leo Biron and his wife Lorraine of Harrisville RI and Andrew Biron and his wife Mary Jane of Spokane WA; her two sisters Anita Farrell and her husband Bill of Roanoke VA and Claire Bernier and her husband Dick of Putnam CT. Lucille will also be greatly missed by her seven grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. ST. PIERRE - LEMIEUX, Exilia (nee Blais) The family announces with sorrow, her peaceful passing in Sudbury, Friday, May 20, 2005 at the age of 93 years. Daughter of the late Telesphore Lemieux and of the late Annonciade (nee Lalonde) Blais. She married Léo Joseph Lemieux in 1930 and he predeceased in 1958, thence she married Roland St. Pierre and he predeceased in 1972. Loving mother of Robert Lemieux (wife Marie) and Lillian Bidal both of Sudbury. Predeceased by her daughters, Aileen Lamontagne (husband Raymond) of Sudbury, Nola Lemieux of Ottawa and Sudbury, and by her son, James. Dear sister of Joseph E. Blais and Aurore Watier, both of Sudbury and Gracia Tonneli, of Garson. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Carmen Prieur (husband Ben), Maurice Lamontagne (friend Heather), Ron Lamontagne (wife Joanne), Colette Rivet (husband Gilles), Gilles Lamontagne (wife Colleen), Claire Martin (husband Loues), Lynne Lamontagne-Tait (husband Jim), Nicole True (husband Dave Alatalo), Suzanne Lemieux (friend Guy Prudhomme), Ginette Dimario (husband Luciano), Alain Bidal (friend Sean Vasseur), José Bidal, and predeceased by one grandson Denis Lemieux; also remembered by her 17 great-grandchildren and by her many great-great- grandchildren. In her earlier years, Exilia worked at Evans Lumber and then was self employed with Spencer Garments, then worked as a secretary at Sacred Heart College. She was a founding member of St-Eugène Church, Sudbury and a member of "Les dames de Ste-Anne". Gardening was her favorite passtime. She was a very independent lady who appreciated the outdoors and enjoyed traveling and took great pride driving her own vehicle up to the age of 90 years. To her loving family and friends, Exilia leaves a legacy of love, courage and faith. The family will receive friends for a Mass of Christian burial to be held Thursday, May 26, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in St-Eugène Church, Sudbury.
